Extra bed charge THB 950.00 if any *********There is an announcement from the government that there will be an electrical cut in Pratunam area since the government will do the electrical line maintenance on Sunday 16 September 2018 from 8.00 to 16.00. This maintenance will resulted in the electrical cut from the whole area including our Spenza hotel on the specified period. Therefore, we would like to inform our guest in advance on this matter that this might create a little inconvenient to your stay. However, we do very concern on this matter. Our staff will be ready on every floor to escort you to the lobby if your check-out time is on that date. Plus, the check-in time might have to be deferred to 16.00. We’ll keep all of our guests’ belongings in the storage room before the check-in is ready. In the case that any guest would like to leave your stuff into your room between 14.00 to 16.00, our staff will be more than happy to bring your belongings to your room. The breakfast for adults is THB200 per person/day. The children (4-11 yrs) rate is THB100 per person/day. The children (from 0-3 yrs) rate is free of charge.

这是我目前为止住过的最好的水门酒店。员工非常热情周到。房间宽敞，床也很舒服。设施齐全，还有停车场。酒店提供矿泉水，每天都会打扫房间。步行即可到达水门购物中心、白金购物中心和中央世界购物中心。不过，需要缴纳1000泰铢的押金。但我觉得这完全可以接受。

Hotelnya bersih, air nya kencang. Di tengah-tengah Pratunam lagi. Jalan keluar 5 menit sudah sepanjang jalan banyak makanan dan transport MRT gampang dituju juga, tidak jauh jalan kaki ke MRT.

Because of one stain on a bedsheet, we have to pay for 590 bath. Will not stay at this hotel anymore. Hanya karena satu noda di seprai, kami harus membayar 590 bath. Tidak akan kami menginap lagi di hotel ini.
