服务非常好。我们一大早就到了，但是老板还是很热情的让我们入住，而且是完全免费的。房间干净，院子宽敞又漂亮。位于老城区，交通便利，可轻松前往清迈的热门景点。

Very decent and comfortable place to stay in Trigong residence. It's very convenient to walk to nearby eating places. There is also a nearby restaurant (5-10mins) which operate 24 hours which is good for our stay as we have early plan trip hence need to depart as early as 7am. The hotel room is very spacious and have necessary facilities for a simple stay. There are fridge and hot water available. Plus points, owner is very friendly and helpful and his cute pets were so adorable. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel The only comment will be non sound proof room as we can hear people talking outside the room.

The room was clean and cozy. The receptionist was kind enough to give us instruction. However our bathroom has water leaking from faucet occasionally and the aircon was too noisy. But anyway we were too tired to ask for another one. Overall we would still consider the place if we were to travel here again. It got nice feel and quiet neighborhood.

The owners are nice. But the room’s condition is not so good. The aircon is so old and hard to control. But in general it is ok.

Tri Gong Residence 让其他旅舍黯然失色。真的，我实在挑不出任何缺点。1. 房间宽敞干净，提供热水淋浴，每日提供毛巾、饮用水和卫生纸。2. 员工非常友好。允许延迟入住，无需任何手续费或额外费用。3. 靠近景点。附近有自行车租赁处、按摩店、旅行社、咖啡馆、小吃摊和不错的餐厅。步行约20分钟即可到达夜市。感觉就像住在酒店一样，但价格却非常便宜。我一定会再次入住这里。

工作人员每天都会打扫房间。每天都有水供应。而且你自己也可以学到更多。 （您可以询问工作人员/老板）有免费的热水和咖啡。你可以自己酿造。工作人员非常友好。
