位置最佳就在城中心主街上 但是酒店的总体水准就是国内商务酒店的感觉~ 早餐没啥特别好吃的~~~

Helpful staff and great location

Clean room, great staff, very tasty breakfast. Location is fantastic, walking distance feom La Medina, bars, cafes, etc. The only down turn was that was little bit noisy; specially during morning terrace setting up (6 am) Restaurant staff are pros! Very friendly and remember me every day! This could easily be a 4 Stars instead 3 stars.

Fijn hotel op goede locatie midden in de stad. Dicht bij de Medina en Souk. Erg goed ontbijt.

部屋は広く、必要なものは揃っている。朝食が6時から提供されているのがありがたい。近くに食堂があり、夕食にも困らない。

READ THIS IF YOU DON'T LIKE HOT ROOMS (Une traduction française est disponible ci-dessous) BE VERY AWARE: You will ONLY have proper air conditioning in the summer months. If you stay at any other time of year—even if it’s 25–30°C outside—you will NOT have real air conditioning. It will just blow warm air. I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel, mainly due to how the staff handled a simple issue. When I arrived, the room was extremely hot (around 25°C), so I went to reception to ask about the air conditioning. I was told a technician would come. I waited in my room for about an hour before someone briefly showed up, said he’d be back, and then disappeared. After waiting even longer, I went down to reception, only to be told—very casually—that the air conditioning wouldn’t work that night. No one had bothered to inform me; they simply left me sitting there waiting. The next day, the same thing happened. I was again told to wait for a technician, but this time no one came at all. After another hour of waiting, I went back to reception and was then told that the hotel does not turn on air conditioning until the summer—so it only blows hot air. This directly contradicts what’s advertised on their website, which clearly states that air conditioning is available. When I questioned this and asked for a refund, the staff member said he would call his manager. It honestly felt like he pretended to make the call, only to come back and say the issue would be fixed in a few hou
