READ THIS IF YOU DON'T LIKE HOT ROOMS (Une traduction française est disponible ci-dessous) BE VERY AWARE: You will ONLY have proper air conditioning in the summer months. If you stay at any other time of year—even if it’s 25–30°C outside—you will NOT have real air conditioning. It will just blow warm air. I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel, mainly due to how the staff handled a simple issue. When I arrived, the room was extremely hot (around 25°C), so I went to reception to ask about the air conditioning. I was told a technician would come. I waited in my room for about an hour before someone briefly showed up, said he’d be back, and then disappeared. After waiting even longer, I went down to reception, only to be told—very casually—that the air conditioning wouldn’t work that night. No one had bothered to inform me; they simply left me sitting there waiting. The next day, the same thing happened. I was again told to wait for a technician, but this time no one came at all. After another hour of waiting, I went back to reception and was then told that the hotel does not turn on air conditioning until the summer—so it only blows hot air. This directly contradicts what’s advertised on their website, which clearly states that air conditioning is available. When I questioned this and asked for a refund, the staff member said he would call his manager. Localização foi o ponto alto da hospedagem. Quanto ao café da manhã, acredito que há espaço pra melhoramentos porque considerei o café razoável, mas não necessariamente, bom. Atendentes de limpeza do quarto muito eficientes simpáticas e solicitas.

Very convenient and walkable neighborhood. Very close to the Medina, and felt safe.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was undergoing renovations which meant roundabout routes from reception to room or restaurant. Restaurant served breakfast and lunch but closed evenings. And like much of Tunis, the staff were not too friendly or helpful - some exceptions of course, but largely true all the same. There was, incidentally, no sign of the alleged adjoining mall, not that I cared about that.

Mycket bra läget av hotellet. Bra service med proffsiga trevliga personal. Rent modern rum och bra frukost buffet. Rekommenderar starkt

Personnel très gentil petit déjeuner étais très bien par compte mention restaurent pour le dîner (souper) le rsestaurent en construction et le mentionne pas ? On ne peut pas manger mais beaucoup de restaurant autour
