The gym and spa facilities were great. The room was nice, very spacious and clean. The bathroom was maybe a little outdated compared to the room, shower quite slippery but overall it was still good. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. We enjoyed staying here.

I booked a 4-night stay at this hotel primarily because it was close to my dental clinic following dental treatment. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to a recurring air conditioning issue that was never properly resolved. The A/C would randomly shut off during the day and throughout the night, causing the room temperature to rise significantly. Each time I reported the issue, a technician was sent, and the fix would only last a few hours before the problem returned. The situation reached its worst when my wife and I woke up in the middle of the night to a room temperature of 27°C. After repeatedly reporting the issue, I was offered a different room, only to be told that all rooms were affected by the same problem, although some were "slightly better" than others. This raised an obvious question: if management was aware of the issue, why was it not disclosed before check-in? The staff were polite, but the hotel's handling of a known and ongoing problem fell well below expectations. Guests should not have to spend their stay repeatedly troubleshooting basic room amenities, especially when staying for medical recovery and rest.

Kalmama rağmen ücret alındı ne bir kaç kere yazıştık ama kesinlikle yardımcı olmadılar yalnış güne aldığım rezervasyonu başka güne almadılar Allah mecbur etmesin

Stayed in room 1607 and the staff went above and beyond. I had an operation and the staff brought ice on demand when I was not mobile and made my stay seamless. Having chosen Elite hotel was the best decision I made and made my recovery easy and I would recommend this hotel to all, especially those pursuing surgery. Food, spa and impeccable level of staff and care made my stay even better than I hoped.

Oda çarşafları lekeliydi. Reaepsiyonda 2500₺ bar için provizyon alınması çok saçmaydı, ilk kez görüyorum. Klimalar değiştirilemiyordu, oda çok sıcaktı

Girişte 2500 lira provizyon ödemesi aldılar, minibar kullanımını günlük kontrol edip hesabınıza yazıyorlar. Otopark yok, aracı valeye vermek zorundasınız. Kahvaltıda restoran girişinde oda numası sorup kayıt altına alıyorlar. Kahvaltıda çeşitlilik az, yemekler lezzetsiz. Asansörler oda kartı ile çalışıyor, kartsız kullanamıyorsunuz. Yastığımda lekeler vardı. Temizlik genel olarak yetersizdi. Memnun kalmadık.

Nice hotel great staff but it’s out of our way and subway is not near you’ll have to walk about 2 miles. Wish hotel would’ve been closer to all the tourist and city monuments or have easier access of transportation. Have gets really pricey
