Lots mildew in the bathroom. Pieces of the walll by the bed was falling on the ground while I was laying in the bed. tv did not work properly I had to call a few times they came but did not show me how to use it so I just left it off, toilet hard to flush the cover kept falling off even when the guy came to show me how to flush it. The housekeeper was very nice. shower hard to turn on and it kept facing the wall. I did not have a good shower the whole time I was there. When I checked in the staff was rude they came to the room to help.me with the a/c toilet and shower and TV but after wards only the a/c worked properly. I said I will change my hotel the next day he said in a nasty tune you cannot have a refund and walked out my room. They did not offer to change my room. I have been a manager in hotels for 20 years and I know how to run a hotel and make the guest happy. I felt my hands were tied and I could not do anything so I just stayed in the room but I was very unhappy. I would like a refund because this caused my vacation to be very bad. I came all the way from the Bahamas to visit Turkey because I love turkey but this made me very unhappy. I do not like to make bad reviews because I know how it effects the hotel but I had to.

En önemlisi odalar tertemizdi. Sıla Hanım ve Sait Beye güler yüzleri ve çözüm odaklı davranışları için teşekkürler. Ayrıca oruç tutanları düşünüp kahvaltı saatini sahur saatine kadar uzatmaları çok hoştu.

Temizlik yeterli değildi. Duş için şampuan dahi bulunmuyordu. Havlular, çarşaflar hoş kokmuyor ve temiz gözüm görmüyordu. Hotel oldukça yıpranmış ve eskiydi.

Temiz, çalışanlar çok nazik

Personeller çok nazikti. Kahvaltısı güzel ve çeşitliydi. Ailemle kaldım genel anlamda temiz bir oteldir. Tekrar tercih edebiliriz.

Öncelikle resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok gergin ve suratsızdı. Ama diğer otel çalışanları ise bi o kadar güler yüzlüydü. Oda çok kapanç ve çift kişilik yatak (?) baya küçüktü. Bana önceden seçim yapmadığım icin bu odayı verebileceklerini ya da 3000 küsür lira daha ödeyip daha büyük odaya geçebileceğimi söylediler. Bu odada kalmak zorunda kaldık o yüzden ama oda dışarıyı görmüyor, apartman boşluğuna bakıyordu. Gece ve hatta gün içinde oda içerisinde sigara kokusu çok kötü doluyordu ve havalandırmak imkansızdı. Kahvaltı fena değildi. Bir daha tercih etmem, son anda bilmeden rezervasyon yaptırdığım için mecburen kaldığımız bi oteldi.

Old hotel but very clean, cleaning people very nice and clean every day breakfast is good front people very helpful definitely we stay again . Negative think smell very bad smoking most hotel same in Istanbul. Hotel needs renovations.

Oda temiz

Fenerbahçe maçı için şehir dışından geldik.Arabayı otelin otoparkına bırakıp.4 gün boyunca toplu ulaşımla İstanbul'u gezdik ve çok eğlendik.Konum olarak mükemmel Personel nazikti ve kahvaltısı yeterliydi.Otelin temizliği yeterli ve her zaman otelde sıcak su ve çay olması harikaydi.Fenerbahçe kazandı.Biz ailece İstanbul gezimizden çok keyif aldık.Herkese özellikle Chatgpt'ye teşekkürler.Aradığım özelliklere göre oteli o önerdi...

They said the room we booked wasn't available and they would give us a larger room. The sheets in the room weren't clean. Everything in the room was bad. It was a bad experience in terms of cleanliness.
