Incredible stay at the JW Marriott! The service was top-tier from breakfast to the Octo bar. A special thanks to Kerem for the delicious welcome drink and warm greeting. We also really appreciated how responsive and professional guest services were when we reported a smell in our room, they handled it immediately. Highly recommend for the service and the views!

Wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is top notch and close to everything for walking or a short car ride. We were on our honeymoon and they provided us a nice welcome cake and allowed us to check in early at no additional cost. Would highly recommend this place.

Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare la zona della torre di Galata. Bella la struttura, con una sala colazione panoramica. Il ristorante è sempre al nono piano, con una vista splendida. Menù tipico, poco innovativo. Spa incentrata sui trattamenti. Sauna molto piccola e bagno turco sempre fuori servizio. Il servizio al banco ceck-in è stato poco garbato e professionale, certamente non adatto a una catena di hotel del genere. La stanza prenotata con i servizi richiesti non era disponibile. Molto indispettiti hanno offerto un'altra camera ancora più piccola. Solamente dopo aver preteso di potrr parlare con il responsabile, ci hanno fatto un upgrade, non richiesto ma sempre gradito. Peccato che si debba sempre discutere per far valere i propri diritti. Non me lo aspettavo in un hotel simile.
