Un Hotel muy bonito, limpio y con excelente ubicación.

ボスポラスビューでスイートに宿泊したが、部屋がきれいで使いやすい。フロントのスタッフは親切でしたが、その他のスタッフは、皆悪い人ではないが十分にホテルマンとして教育されていない印象。ただ及第点。朝食夕食込みのプランだったが、料理の質が価格に見合っていない。朝はブッフェだったが、正直量も質も不十分。夕食は前菜メインデザートの簡易なコースだったが、2種類の選択しかなく正直三日目には飽きてしまった。量は十分だが味はイマイチ。正直宿泊だけのプランにして外で食事を取ればよかった。

Faltou piscina no hotel

It is located in right front of the new mall, and you can enjoy shopping and restaurants there. The reception and our room was clean and beautiful which gave us satisfaction. It felt like secure around the hotel, but the road on which the hotel is are too busy with vehicles, which requires your caution.

Enjoyed every bit of the stay and will go back for sure - the service is outstanding, rooms are small but great and you can’t beat the location. I10 min walk from Galata tower. The rooftop bar was outstanding and they have great DJs. The bufet was awesome too even though a bit pricey. Definitely doNOT book on hotels.com if you have Marriott status because you don’t get any of the benefits then. Just pay a bit more and book directly through Marriott.

My stay at the JW Marriott Bosphorus was made truly special by the outstanding service. When I arrived and discovered my room had no windows, Ernan at the front desk handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness, quickly moving me to a much more comfortable room. His attention and care really stood out. The location is unbeatable — right on the Bosphorus and close to everything. The restaurants are a highlight, offering extraordinary food and amazing views of the city and the water. Dining here feels like an experience in itself. The gym is compact but convenient — well-equipped and great for a quick, efficient workout. I would absolutely return. Service like this makes all the difference.

Harika bir otel. Personelinden oda kalitesine, düşünülmüş her ince ayrıntısına kadar harika.

Very, very small room very tight every way you turn. Bathroom sink area no surface area to put anything. My wife did not have a space to blow dry her hair in front of the mirror where she would might be able to blow dry her hair was a large TV. She ended up plugging the blow dryer in the hallway, plug and sitting in the hallway on the round stool so she can use the mirror in the hallway to blow dry her hair. The bathroom, faucet cold, and hot water were sticking and not mixing properly. Very aggravating to get the water to come out the right temperature . Close-up mirror back light was not working they. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. This is a high class hotel unfortunately high class part of it was only the charges, they need to take care of the basics. Will not recommend it they will not stay at this place again.

Stayed for a 2 night weekend visit to Istanbul in Bosphorous view room. Stay was fantastic from start to finish. Hotel is in a great location. The galataport area of shops and restaurants is right outside and also plenty of night life. Staff were excellent. Friendly helpful and enthusiastic at all times from reception to restaurant and housekeeping staff. We ate at Octo on the 9th floor on Saturday night. Food was great and service exceptional. Just a short flight of stairs up to Sky Karaköy bar on the roof for cocktails and fantastic views of Istanbul and a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast amazing. Good selection of the usual international dishes but Haci Mehmet made us really tasty local Turkish dishes on top for us to try without us even asking!. Depending on traffic it was a 20-30 min uber ride to Topkapi/Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque or a short walk to the tram and 7 mins into the golden horn from there. One tip is that the road is narrow and gets bad traffic in the afternoon so either leave plenty of time when ordering cab/uber or walk a couple of streets back from the water edge towards the main road and pick up your cab there. Also Bosphorous rooms view can be temporarily partially blocked by very large cruise ships docking straight opposite!! Wasn’t cheap but was a full 5-star service. Would definitely stay again.

Mükemmel bir konaklama yaşadık. Otelin konumu, odamızın konforu ve sunulan hizmetler olağanüstü idi. Tüm çalışanların güleryüzlerini hiç bozmadan misafirleri en iyi şekilde ağırlamak için arı gibi çalışıyor olmalarını çok etkileyici bulduk. Oda temizliği kusursuzdu (7. Kattaki odamızı temizleyen Yücel beye özel olarak teşekkürler) Kahvaltı salonu, manzarası, ortamı ve kahvaltı büfesi mükemmeldi. Khvaltı salonunda bize güleryüz ve nezaket ile servis yapan Mehmet Arslan bey, Yücel bey, Ezel bey ve Sedat beye buradan özel olarak teşekkür etmek isteriz. Bir daha İstanbul’a geldiğimizde mutlaka aynı otelde konaklamak istiyoruz.

It is a nice hotel but our room was in the 8th floor, the restaurant is in the 9th floor and the room was really noisy.
