Ho soggiornato in questo hotel varie volte notando che la qualità delle camere cambia a seconda del piano. camere oneste non grandi, bagno molto modesto, e tanti dettagli che possono essere migliorati con un po' di attenzione: per esempio, se metti bevande nel minibar, devi mettere due bicchieri per bere, invece o prendi un bicchiere di platica dal bagno dedicato allo spazzolino o bevi dalla tazza del tea. Poi, un unico doccia-shampoo per corpo e capelli di bassa qualità, insomma tanti "piccoli" dettagli che per me, che faccio 100 notti in albergo all'anno, fanno la differenza. Sicuramente tornerò perchè in posizione comoda per me ma so cosa mi aspetta.

Oda büyük ve temizdi. Oteli konumu mükemmel. Kahvaltı çeşitleri boldu. Çalışanların ilgisi üst seviyedeydi. Bozulan aracım için tüm personel ve yöneticiler seferber oldu. Bir gün fazla konaklamak zorunda kaldığımızda önceki oda fiyatına bir üst katogoride oda verdiler. Bu da unutmayacağım bir jest oldu.

İş seyahatim için Otelde bulundum, özellikle Vale konusunda yardımcı oldular. Oda konusunda da alternatif seçenekler sunuldu, fiyat performans açısında ideal.

Her İzmire geldiğimde burayı tercih ediyorum.Güven duyuyorum ve hiç bi sıkıntı yaşamıyorum.Tüm personelleri harika.

Hotel is on nice part of the city, well maintained. Staff was helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good.

Clean room, staff were very nice and there was a good range of food for breakfast. We asked for a late checkout and were very happy the staff agreed on our request. Very accommodating hotel and the location is very good.👌

My favorite hotel in Izmir. For those who are looking to reserve a hotel for your stay in Izmir via Hotels.com, this place is a no-brainer. Stay here without any concerns. Fantastic central location by the tram line, exceptional, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, clean rooms, great amenities are what make me a repeat visitor. Thank you Kordon Hotel Cankaya.

The rooms were kept clean, the breakfast, especially the personnel made inlets wonderful, the staff was there for us, especially getting that 4:30 AM shuttle. But we want to give an especial shout out (a good thing) to Hassan the barber, who is a wonderful man who gives great haircuts, even after doing haircuts for over 50 years. Yes, we would definitely recommend others coming to Izmir to stay at this hotel.

Very convenient, located in between Alsancak and Konak. Walking distance to all major attractions, shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the suite room. Internet was sufficient. Breakfast was great.
