Cok temiz ve guzel bir tesis. Cok yardimsever bir calisanlar gurubu. Cok guzel lokasyon. Tavsiye ederim. Very clean and well maintained facility. Very friendly staff. Very nice location. I highly recommend it.

We had booked a garden view room (paid extra for it) and didn't choose the poolside room because it could be noisy. However, the receptionist said they'd upgraded our room and gave us the poolside room, even though I'd specified. The room was outdated, it sufficients big renos. The air conditioning didn't cool well, and the refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom was poor quality, and the towels weren't clean enough. They are 5 star but definitely It's NOT, at most a 3-star hotel. We won't be choosing this place again.

nice view, clean, front desk staff was great the staff at the spa was amazingly rude, holding her phone and saying i dont know we are sparate, not even give a glimpse and refused to give a little direction

Standart oda rezerve etmiştik, traverten manzaralı teras katı odaya yükselttiler oda gayet rahat ve konforlu manzarası çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Odalarda bornoz oşması güzeldi. Tek olumsuz yanı ses yalıtımının iyi olmaması ve koridordan çok ses gelmemesiydi.

The room is good and the hotel gave some fruits in the room for free, which is nice to have after a long day of travel. The towers are worn out in some degree. The breakfast is average.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast area was quite welcoming. However, the rooms were smelling, secondly the walls and doors of the hotel are too thin. We could hear people walking outside the room, couples talking and enjoying in the very next room the whole night. Thirdly, someone was banging our door and we went to check who is outside. We found no one. Finally, The blankets and bed covers were dirty too. Upon calling reception, they had no response for the same issues too.

Dette hotel er virkelig slidt, og beskidt. Jeg var her sidst for 5 år siden, der var det pænere. Der prøves at reparere fejl og mangler- men det er virkelig dårlig gjort. Kommer ikke tilbage mere

beautiful , quiet, great breakfast. location in a quiet street with a beautiful view of the travertines in Pamakkale. Staff was super nice.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Das Hotel veraltet aber für ein Kurzurlaub ausreichend. Frühstück nicht so besonders Abendessen auch nicht! Klimaanlage sehr laut und kühlt nicht wie es sollte! Man darf kein Luxus erwarten!

À déconseiller, chambre sal, buffet et pour ne pas mourire . Déçu et très déçu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles je donne 1/2 étoiles

Nice view, terrible food, no elevators and no bell boys available. Not the best way to keep a 4* hotel.

Não há wi-fi nos quartos, só no lobby. Há obras em andamento, com muito ruído incômodo. No atendimento, péssimo inglês e nenhuma disposição em ajudar nas demandas. Nem mesmo um cumprimento muitas vezes. Localização ruim em relação ao centro. Não recomendaria nem pra inimigo!!
