About Kapeeka

Kapeeka is a trading center and parish in Kapeeka Sub-county, Nakaseke District, in Uganda's Central Region, about 62km northwest of Kampala. It's best known today as the site of the Kapeeka Industrial Park, a growing manufacturing hub, set amid a largely agricultural landscape of banana, cassava, and maize farms.

Kapeeka is reached via the Matugga-Kapeeka Road, which branches off the Kampala-Gulu Highway at Matugga - roughly a 1.5-2 hour drive from Kampala by car or bus.
