所有員工服務專業，態度友善，酒店非常整潔，服務很快速，餐廳飲食非常好，酒店內已有Water Park和水族館，酒店內的餐廳也非常超班，期待下次再入住。

Amazing wonder hotel with the best waterpark.

To my recent stay at the Atlantis, the Imperial club and room was fantastic, highly recommend if you are traveling to Dubai, it would be absolutely worth to spend two nights with this masterpiece! Besides the hardware is marvelous, the service was spot on as well. Iresha with the Imperial club was the a STAR! we have a nice chat and warm welcome when checking in and she listen a lot when I'm complaining with the experience in NOBU. She was the major reason that I enjoy a lot with the stay. Unfortunately, if you are an Asian, please do NOT go to the NOBU, it will be an absolute disaster to visit, the food was bad and the service should be improved if you are consider to be a top restaurant and even you put review and feedback, till now I have not received any contact by the restaurant :(!

Hotel incrível em todos os sentidos

Absolutely the best hotel i have stayed in, the hospitality is first class, everything you need for a luxury stay

Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer. Leider war dort kein Balkon wo man die nassen Bade- Kleider trocknen konnte. Das Zimmer war mit einer Durchgang Tür, daher war es am Abend sehr laut von anderen Familien neben dran. Meine Frau hat dann dies mitgeteilt und wir bekamen eine sehr schöne Sitte auf dem 21. Stock. Das schätzten wir sehr. Wir hatten Halbpension, die food Qualität war hervorragend, man konnte auch verschiedene Restaurants besuchen. Jedoch bevorzugten wir mit den Kindern das Buffet. Wir gingen auch einmal essen im Royal Atlantis, das war bei der Halbpension dabei.

Hotellet er under ombygning og en masse af hotellets ellers normale og fine faciliteter var derfor nedlukket. Det fik vi ikke besked om da vi booked så vi ankom til et hotel som kørte på 50% af sin normale drift og kapacitet.

I traveled with my two kids for two weeks and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel always have something going for the kids and the staff is always attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it

hotel diferenciado , quartos amplos e confortaveis cafe da manha espetacuar , hotel é lindo , temos acesso ilimitado ao parque aquatico e ao aquario e isso facilita muito e compensa a hospedagem la nem q seja um dia somente porque vc pode aproveitar o parque dois dias

Nossa hospedagem no Atlantis foi simplesmente inesquecível. Desde o momento da nossa chegada, fomos recebidos com extrema cordialidade por uma equipe muito bem preparada, atenciosa e acolhedora. Havíamos acabado de chegar de um voo de aproximadamente 9 horas vindo do Japão e, mesmo com nosso check-in previsto apenas para as 14h, a equipe gentilmente antecipou a liberação do nosso quarto, permitindo que descansássemos logo às 7h da manhã. Esse cuidado fez toda a diferença e demonstrou o excelente padrão de hospitalidade do hotel. Os quartos são amplos, extremamente confortáveis e impecáveis, oferecendo todo o luxo e a sofisticação que se espera de um hotel dessa categoria. A infraestrutura é impressionante e o parque aquático é simplesmente sensacional, proporcionando momentos inesquecíveis para toda a família. Nossa experiência superou todas as expectativas. Passamos um dia maravilhoso e saímos com a certeza de que voltaremos. Já estamos planejando uma nova hospedagem no Atlantis. Parabéns a toda a equipe pela excelência no atendimento e por tornar nossa estadia tão especial. Recomendo este hotel sem qualquer dúvida. Ficamos em um apartamento conjugado, pois viajamos com nossos filhos, o café da manhã maravilhoso, equipe de funcionaria excelente principalmente a recepção. Sentimos muito bem acolhidos.

Ficamos três dias no Atlantis e foi uma das experiências mais incríveis desde o check-in com. Suzan do Imperial club ao check out. O hotel é maravilhoso e cada momento vivido, cada encontro com algum funcionário era como se eles estivessem felizes de te ver ali. Parabéns e obrigado por tudo, principalmente pelos mimos que tornaram meu aniversário de 55 anos ainda mais inesquecível.

Zeer ruime kamer met royale badkamer en we kregen gratis late check-out en 2 kingsize beds op de kamer.. nu voor de prijs mag je uiteraard ook wel wat verwachten, maar toch.. prima hotel

I have visited Atlantis now 3 times over the past month for weekend staycation. one suggestion I have is to create a way to do a check out online or have a kiosk or similar way. There was a massive queue of people to check in and just to wait to pay for small stuff is not very efficient. Perhaps there could be a an options for Dubai residents to do that..otherwise great stay.

Good property and family enjoyed every part of it.
