Cleanliness and swimming pool.

Wonderful stay. I like the cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms are so elegant and spacious. And the pool , cabanas are so good . We really enjoyed alot .

Amazing Views, My room got upgraded to Business Class - More great part was when i booked room only got Free Breakfast i requested late check out by 4 pm hotel has granted

Not the greatest hotel. Very dirty and outdated and takes them 1 hour just to send a towel to your room. I will be writing a complaint but this is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in

Very bad hotel very old and not clean and staff not good customer service

Great localization, near Dubai mall and Burj Kalifa, but the hygiene in the hotel was poor. The housekeeping forgot on multiple occasions to give us towels and toilet paper. The bed sheets was never changed during our 3 night stay. Found some hairs on the covers. Overall the location is amazing but the hotel is subpar. The staff were friendly.

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. I would give it a 5/10 (maybe 4.5 or 5.5 out of 10 even). We chose a room with a King bed but it's just two simple bed put together which gives more like a queen bed. I asked to upgrade the room thinking they had bigger beds (we were 4: me, my wife and two kids) but they told us the bed size is the same in every room. When we arrived, we had to ask for the bathtub to be cleaned up because it was dirty and the toilet smell like pee. They sent someone to clean but the stains remained in the tub! The pool area is amazing though. Pool is clean. Staff is very friendly! The best part I think is the buffet breakfast. A lot of variety, food is good and staff is friendly. The reason why the hotel gets a low rating it's because cleanliness and comfort are non negotiable.

They need more varieties for the breakfast. The coffee needs to be more warmed. They need to have microwave in the rooms or at the lobby. We have to throw away all left over food.
