濱城附近，機能很強，房間雖小，但是該有的都有了

服務態度良好， 唯隔音差，晚上會聽到街上或是天台有音樂在播， 洗手間也會突然有去水渠流水聲很響的， 會突然被嚇到，所以睡的不好。 洗手間的設計比較奇怪， 浴缸和馬桶在一起， 然後洗手盤隔開了在玻璃外邊， 不太合適情侶以外的關係入住， 整體還好吧。

地點方便， 步行至檳城市場約六分鐘左右 ，沖涼熱水不穩定，枱面很多螞蟻，早餐一般， 房間整體配套和收取價格不值

I've been staying at A&EM group hotels in Ben Thanh area for my business trips in past 8 years and it's my first time to stay at this new A&EM Art Hotel. The location is great (right in the central of district 1) which is walking distance to Ben Thanh market, new world hotel, museums, Takashimaya department store etc... The hotel management is outstanding! the reception team (Nghia, Pushing and Tai) is very attentive and responsible for everything I need. in addition to that, 2 ladies from the restaurant for morning breakfast and the concierge team are also very impressive! The price for this hotel is very reasonable and the location is great for a holiday in HCM. Will definitely come back this hotel again for my next business trip!

在第一郡市中心，走路都去到數個景點，位置一流，市場、夜市都在傍邊，客房還可以，但間隔有點怪，洗手間馬桶和浴缸同一間，洗手檯在隔壁，中間是一整塊透明玻璃，即洗手會看到有人在冲涼和大號，如果不是夫妻或情侶就太不方便了，唯一有驚喜就是地下餐廳由中午開始有茶点和飲品供應到晚上，免費和款式繁多，味道也不錯

很乾淨 服務人員很親切 , 電視頂樓太接近酒吧 ,略吵 , 得慎選最高樓層房間 , 買東西很方便 ,以後還會再來住的飯店

我住過很多他們家其他的飯店 這一間我非常的大推 員工非常的友善而且樂於助人 再來就是房間也讓我非常的喜歡 非常的乾淨而且設施很不錯 還有一個大大的浴缸讓我很開心 早餐的選擇性也蠻多的有各式的炒蛋可以選擇 還有越南的河粉可以吃 也有西式早餐 這個價格讓我覺得超級物超所值

隔音不好，泳池很小，但房間還算舒適，不過冷氣不冷，睡覺不用蓋被子。 同公司在這一帶開了很多間的樣子，一開始從機場到飯店司機還找不到。 旁邊買東西很方便，但乞討的人也不少…

1. Non-Smoking room, but my blanket has smell of cigarette 2. Noisy, the window cannot block the noise. Very noise because vehicle hoist. 3. Water pressure not enough. Around 8-11pm, no hot water (only water drop) if raise the shower tap above hip. Shower in the afternoon is acceptable. 4. Check-in took >30 minutes. 5. Only good point is location. Convenience for food When I booked the room, it was 4-star, but, I think it cannot be more than 3-star

Clean and convienient location

Overall stay was all right. The lighting on the washing basin needs to be reposition. When leaning forward to use the mirror, it is dark.

It was not informed by hotels.com that the room was without a windo, so that was disappointing. The breakfast was very boring and the pool area was not maintained at all, but the room was okay but I wouldn’t classify it as four star hotel

Nice boutique hotel in great location of D1 Very clean if a touch dated. I couldn’t fault this place and overall it was good value for money, with a comfortable bed and pillows were magic!

Great location staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had a big comfortable bed and the best shower temperature and pressure I have ever experienced in Vietnam. Free breakfast was good enough and enough options to start the your day. Recommended hotel.

Hotellet var lidt af en skuffelse for en 4 stjerne, Der var ikke varm vand, Der var meget støj om natten, vi hørte noget som lyd som en motorsav kl.01.00 om natten. Vinduer lukkede ikke tæt som gave meget traffikstøj. Morgenmaden var noget gammel brød og smelte ost, kaffemaskine virkede ikke i flere dagen.

BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING, compare hotel with other hotels in the area. Room 502 Beside the location that is good, there ard more than 15 hotels in same area. Hotel rate far over priced for the rooms, so many other more maintained hotels for half the price you pay at this hotel. They have sister properties that is more modern but they prices this property at the same par, but this property is run-down. Room are outdated, and nothing like the photos they promote on booking sites, we had to move rooms… first room so small, could hardly walk around the bed, no closet space, no shelf to pack clothing items, safe literally bold to the floor. Moved to second room that was a class higher, room was bit bigger, but same as first room, room are old!! Pictures advertised on booking sites were taken years ago. Water leaking out of bathtub leaving the floor flooded every time you take a shower, 2 out of 4 electrical outlets worked, no hot water the first night Breakfast is below par, all items like bacon, sausages are standing open on plates, “Ice cold” reported this everyday but no change. Spoke with hotel manager, he was apologetic but same thing next day nothing charged. Very unfortunate that they just could not maintain the property, will surely not return and will not make any recommendations.
