服務人員親切 也會幫忙叫taxi，地點非常方便，就在老城區內，附近有許多餐廳。非常推薦飯店的spa，我連續去按了二次，cp值非常高。早餐的選項很多 也有河粉可以選。房間寬敞乾淨，床也非常舒服。下次來河內 一定會再入住！

Staffs are all super nice, helpful and friendly, they remember each of our names and greet us everytime when they see us.
The hotel located in the heart of old quarter with many shops and restaurants nearby, it is just 5 minutes walking distance to the lake.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

this is my business trip, very good services, except the Wi-Fi in the room is not stable, and view from my room is opposite to some old building. but generally it is very good, and I will stay at the same while I am back to Hanoi again.
