We don’t generally stay at expensive places like this so I have a hard time comparing how good the place is for the price. But I can say it’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s trustworthy and nice… but I can Garuntee you you won’t find better hotel staff. Hang Pham was the nicest and helpful hotel staff I’ve ever had an I travel everywhere. She had so many great suggestions. She made our trip better.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff!
The hotel is well located for walking around the old city. Many shops and restaurants. You can walk to the lake and the Japanese bridge easily. Hang Phan was extremely helpful in making our stay comfortable!

We have had such a lovely time staying here, the staff has been extremely friendly and hospitable. Our rooms have been perfect and we’ve felt comfortable the entire time. The breakfast buffet gives you plenty of options to choose and the food tastes great!

This hotel is very well located in the heart of the Old Quarter. The roof bar is amazing, the staff very friendly and the hotel very clean.
The area is, by default, noisy. Which you need to be aware of before booking. If you don’t mind, then this is a very fine hotel to book for visiting Hanoi.
