整體还是非常好，但部分設施開始舊。早餐不太ok. 添好運已經是below standard。 63F 酒吧性价比也很低。

I arrived at the hotel close to midnight. While the check-in process was quick, the room I was assigned was in very poor condition, it appeared dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to a humid, sweaty smell. The breakfast was also disappointing, as the food tasted artificial and of low quality. I have stayed at this hotel before in 2025, but unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The standard check-out time was noon, and I had a work meeting scheduled at 1:00 PM. I needed a quiet environment to take the call, so I asked the front desk if a one-hour late check-out would be possible. My request was declined, as I was told another guest would be checking into the room. However, I understand that the official check-in time is not until 2:00 PM, which made the refusal somewhat unreasonable. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not choose to stay at this property again.

주방에 요리시설은 기본으로 갖추어져 있으며, 얼음 냉장고, 전자렌지, 오븐, 커피포트등이 모두 있습니다. 세탁기, 건조기까지 구비되어 있어 생활하는데 편리하였습니다. 편의시설로는 헬스장, 사우나, 골프라운지등이 있었습니다. 지하에는 롯데마트가 있어 식료품 구매도 매우 편리합니다. 객실은 침실이 분리되었고 거실도 넓으며, 39층 이상으로 배정되어 조망도 매우 훌륭합니다.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the location. I’m a Marriott member but I choose Lotte Residence when I’m in Hanoi. It’s so much better value for money!

Cleanliness and very spacious rooms. In room amenities are relatively new and well maintained.

Great service staff all round. Rooms are clean and the location is great. I love that there’s a Starbucks next door.

Good clean place to stay. Electric concents near bed were lacking. Other than that, everything was super.

Large spacious room and bathroom. Location was excellent next to Lotte mart and department store, and within walking distance to many areas. Amazing view of the city from room.

高層階に部屋を用意していただき素晴らしい眺望でした。レジデンスなのでホテルとは少し雰囲気が違って部屋に調理器具などなんでも揃っています。とても充実していました。また泊まりたいです。日本人街がそばなのでとてもいいです。
