Breakfast buffet is good , gym room very nice , swimming pool not big but enough,grab very easy to access many points with very low cost

Bad wifi connection; not suitable for business travel. Water leakage for shower door

服務不錯但是設施很陳舊，房間維護有待改善！位置算是很方便，另外部推薦酒店裡的SPA，普普通通。

Good location, inside the room, shower , telephone and tv remote has some problem. Staff is responsive and need to step up the maintenance of the room.

飯店的泳池剛好關閉 覺得可惜 因為主要就是為了那個泳池去的 服務人員都很親切 飯店外觀雖然不是很現代 部過內部裝潢是有一定水準

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for business, and they refused to produce a receipt when I checked out because I booked through this website, but not directly. I yelled at them for 10 minutes and they insisted to decline this basic right as a customer and a client. I am deeply dissapointed at this supposedly 5 star hotel. Second, I booked a restaurant through its concierge for an important dinner with my colleagues. They got the date wrong and when we arrived at the restaurant, the restaurant had no table for us. This caused me a great deal of embarrassment. I booked this hotel as it’s cheaper than other 5 star hotel nearby. Unfortunately this hotel is not equipped for business travelers, the front desk couldn’t understand that guests need their receipt, and the concierge can’t do a basic job right. I had dinner at its restaurant, I asked for medium rare and the steak was extremely over cooked, and it was tougher than the worst steak I have ever tasted.

位處繁榮的第1區，四周多食肆。 員工服務態度非常好；雖不是新酒店，但保養清潔做得不錯；早餐選擇也豐富；天台有泳池及酒吧，消閒好地方

Very good experience. The receptionist recommend us to upgrade with $69. She is so kind and show us around every possible room. We add the package and was very satisfied!! The bed and river view are awesome too

air con not cold and hotel foods is just so so...others are okay

Overall okay. but the air-con is not cool enough even it was set to 19C. SPA center is little bit old but the message is good. tried the lunch buffet, foods is so so...same as breakfast, taste not good

就五星級而言，房間硬體設備太不及格，housekeeping也打掃的不乾淨 但餐廳服務很好 早餐也很豐盛！

Excellent hotel, superb breakfast... Will stay again on next trip
