Nice centrally located hotel with a nice rooftop pool. Clean and tidy hotel with good amenities. Only complaint was the bed felt super old with the mattress having no padding. The pillows were old too, they had no fluff left.

Good hotel, walkable to the Central Area and attractions. Comfortable room and beds with glass bottled water. Roof pool and adequate gym. Staff were friendly and helpful with all that we needed including restaurant recommendations and booking trips. Slightly annoying that having paid in full for our room and providing a credit card for our incidentals we receive a letter in the room demanding that we come to reception to clear the bill on day two. After we explained we should be able to pay the rest on departure, this didn’t happen again. We would stay again.

In general, i was satisfied for their service specially for the lounge. One thing though, they asked to see my visa when I checked in but this hotel was the first one to ask to show the visa through my over 20 times of my stays in Vietnam since 2017.
Othee than that, the hotel was great for all aspects.

Stayed regularly at this hotel but this stay was the worst. Specifically asked for hypoallergenic washing powder to be used in my bedding, it wasn’t so I came down with a rash all over my face and body from the first night. Ordered food 3 times and it was either cooked wrong or cold. Then to add insult to injury I lost a very expensive watch in the hotel. Although some of the managers tried to help my watch wasn’t recovered and I am 1000% confident it was taken by someone in the hotel

Honestly big disappointment.
Maybe this was a nice hotel 20-30yrs ago but is worn down and room was quite shabby, tiny pool and over full of kids, even though it’s listed with Adults Only filter on.
I’d never stay there again.

This was our second stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the great facilities within the hotel - a must visit is their award winning cocktail bar which is hidden away. We will be back again!

Great hotel stay; lots of delicious dining - buffet breakfast had huge selection and was delicious. Pool area was on the small side, so I wouldn’t necessarily book this if you are super keen on tons of pool time. Rooms were nice & clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathtub drainage can't drain well. The electrical plugs for the coffee machine and the hot water heater were so difficult to be plugged in so I gave up.

The location is good, amenities are nice (rooftop pool and gym were nice). Only issue is the rooms are dated and smell quite "old". The rooms could use an upgrade. But, the service and food in the restaurants were top-notch.
