I had a great time staying at this hotel. I don't usually leave reviews but this one is a must! I have stayed at other hotels before but Lavague definitely gave me one of the best memories. I definitely feel more like home compared to other hotels. The room was very clean & well touched with a nice view of the ocean. The price is unbeatable for a nice ocean view room. If I was to stay at other hotels, I would usually have to pay 2x more for the same ocean view room. Their management & customer service team were super helpful, caring & professional during my stay. Gave me lot of suggestions for newer and cool places to hang out in the city. I would definitely come back again. If you are on a fence of booking this hotel over others, go ahead and book it! You will love it like how I did.

Everything is good so far. The hotel looks new. The room is spacious enough, new and clean. Location is also near the beach that we can walk. Breakfast is ok for me. Just 1 minor inconvenience is that there is no soap dish in the bathroom. I had to put the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner on the ground.

During my numerous stays at Le House Hotel, I've generally had positive experiences. However, this time, I decided to indulge myself by booking the Le Patio Suite. To my disappointment, upon arrival, I discovered that none of the rooms are actually suites or feature patios. It seems the hotel employs creative naming tactics to manipulate pricing strategies across various platforms, a tactic that provides plausible deniability and avoids price matching scenarios. Despite this deception, the overall stay was still satisfactory, especially considering the reasonable price point. The staff were friendly, although the linens appeared dated, and I found myself needing to request extra towels daily, as they only provided two each day without amenities like a bathmat or face cloth.

Worst check in experience ever! When we arrived around 8pm, the lobby was not only empty but also total dark all lights were off. Then the staff said hotel room is located up. To go to hotel we must take a cable car and we must pay for it. We were shocked! There was no information at all about it when we make the booking. I attached the hotel description for you to read. No information must take cable car and must pay for it! We were so tired so we say whatever as we just want to immediately check in and go to the room. We got into the cable car and another shock is, there was no light at all in the cabin! It was totally pitch black! Can you imagine? A couple tourist, force to take cable car without any single light for checking in? It was a nightmare! I immediately call a close friend of ours, who is on the top management of this app. He was surprised as well to know the case. He even more surprised when I video call him, letting him to see by himself how pitch black the cable car is on the way to hotel! Next story. When we arrive and raise our complain, hotel staffs do not care at all of our ‘fabulous’ experience and keep force us to pay the cable car or else we can not check in. Receipt of cable car payment is attached. So professional and attentive! There was no option but pay it so we can get to the room. Or else we have to sleep on the street! Now about the room. It was pretty cold around 14 degrees of celcius. The room is with ceramic floor and no room slippers at all. Not even a pair! And so noisy outside we can easily hear guests talking so loud in public area. Seems that is not enough, early morning we loudly hear staffs pushing trolleys on cobalt stones. So entertaining! As an ex Accor staff, I really do not expect to have this kind of ‘hospitality’ experience especially staying at Mercure a star rating Accor brand! Except a nice gentleman Mr. Scott the Duty Manager who meet us the next morning when we had a breakfast, which we really appreciate him, there was no other manager not even Front Office Manager trying to meet us on behalf of the hotel. Really disappointed! So professional and guest attentive! We are expecting a professional responsibility from Mercure Danang French Village assisted by this app on this matter. We do not mind to pay the cable car if informed in advance. But this experience seems like we were robbed and we expect a full refund. I am waiting to your prompt response at much soonest.

Small clean hotel along the Bui Vien pub/bar streets with lots of side street eateries. Walking distance to Central Market. Value for money room rates with simple breakfast. Only setback is too noisy as nearby pubs operates till early morning like 2-3am. So for those who prefer quieter place, this convenient hotel is not suitable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 👍😊
