The room at Oyster really wowed me when I arrived. I didn't expect much but I was really amazed when I arrived. The room was very new and especially very fragrant. The standard was no different from the 5-star hotels that I have experienced. The receptionist was very friendly and supported early check-in. One day I will come back and continue to book at Oyster.

Taking my family to this hotel for a summer vacation was great, the staff was enthusiastic and friendly. The rooms are modern, fragrant and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the swimming pool has a nice view.

Extremely impressed with this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean and has a nice view. The breakfast is rich and there are also free sweets and drinks served in the swimming pool area. My family will definitely come back next time.

The room is clean, spacious and fully equipped. I was especially impressed with the very comfortable bed and large window overlooking the sea view
The receptionist and service staff are extremely friendly, always smiling and ready to assist whenever needed. The room cleaning service is quick and thoughtful.

The swimming pool is clean and beautiful, the breakfast buffet is diverse, the dishes are delicious and changed every day. The hotel also has a spa if you need to relax.

I had a trip with my family here, I was supported to upgrade my room for free to a higher and more spacious floor, I arrived at 12 o'clock but the hotel let me get my room right away, the food here is delicious especially lunch, the staff are very enthusiastic, the hotel is clean and beautiful, very convenient, in general 10/10, my daughter didn't want to go home after going 😀

The room is ok but smells a bit like sewer, have to close the bathroom door to avoid the smell, no mirror, only the bathroom has a mirror, spacious balcony, small swimming pool but very crowded, normal breakfast buffet not too special and a bit limited in dishes. Staff is cheerful and quick

1. No Welcome drink, for a 4-star hotel, shouldn't there be one?
2. The staff told me to go to the breakfast buffet at a less crowded time, but the food was not refilled enough, and there were still dishes that were not refilled. There were not enough dishes, and the table couldn't be cleared in time.
The rest of the staff were very friendly, the new facilities were quite nice.
