房間內沒有wifi,上網要在大堂處進行，非常十分不方便，房間清潔及闊落

Good value hotel in a great central seafront location. Room facilities were good, new bathroom with good shower, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, fluffy towels, hairdryer, nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast (continental plus choice of eggs). Public areas needed a facelift, no wifi in bedrooms, only public areas. Central website was poor, (not the fault of the hotel), received a confirmation, then another email saying that payment hadn’t gone through and booking would be cancelled, but when I turned up at the hotel it turned out that payment had gone through so all was well.

Nice and clean, great location.

Room was clean and staff were helpful, had a family room with 2 double beds. But with having children and in a family room I would expect a child lock on the window. Also they was a screw sticking out through the wood of the room door frame latch plate.. apart from that the hotel was clean and staff were helpful.

Nice breakfast. Could do with painting outside. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Room was spotless fantastic Veiw of the bay lovely and quiet staff very helpful and friendly perfect spot for all the amenities Could do with a lick of paint outside to brighten up the place but purely cosmetic try to use this place next time I’m here

We had an absolutely lovely break at the iris. The room was just what we wanted and had paid for and the breakfast was a bonus. The staff wrote standing for stop we will now because customers for Love we have fell in love with this place thank you

Lovely clean, spacious and well decorated room with superb en-suite shower room and wonderful view of Llandudno Bay from the window. Good breakfast but bacon/sausages would be nice with the eggs. Only minor niggle was that the wall heater in my bedroom didn’t work and I failed to notice the other heater tucked away in the wardrobe.

Very good value for money with friendly staff. Not the fanciest of the hotels but perfectly fine

Had a lovely time at this hotel, clean and friendly staff, deepak was especially helpful on the reception desk.Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Will definitely book this hotel again in the near future.

Room looks like hasn't had a thorough clean in years. Dirty socks and tissues found under the bed, white stains on the purple bed throws and cushions, stains on the headboards, dressing table battered and wardrobe door doesn't fit properly so doesn't close properly. Stains on the white bedding & big black stains down the doors. Damage to door frame like the doors been kicked in at some point. Window panes cracked. Dirty lampshades. The big lights did not work at all in our room! Shower screen wouldn't close and the shower head had a crack in it so it fired water out in every direction... Spoke to the colleague who was working at the time who was apologetic and moved the sock etc but said he was the only colleague working so noone was available to clean the room again. He said they've been very busy lately but the dust etc under the bed has been there a long time.. Breakfast was OK. Seen pieces of paper thicker than the bread for toasting and one of the toasters didn't work but it was included so can't argue too much. All in all, wouldn't stay again. There's other venues who charge around the same that offer better quality (the bare minimum of a clean room with a working shower & lights). Not what you'd expect from a seafront hotel and would have changed hotels if there was any vacancies. But with it being bank holiday there's none.

I stayed for two days so I had 2 time breakfast in that there are only eggs and cereal which I don't like and the staff who was with sitting in white shirt was not polite The only thing I like is cleaning rest all was not good I will never go back again

Too warm, could not open window, it was very warm outside, scaffolding erected outside window. Was locked out on Friday night, had to go Reception to explain they thought I was staying 1 night, told them it was for 2, don't know how that happened.

Do not recommend the worst of all time

It was ok breakfast good but court not get a drink from the bar because they shut? early and it States on the in in Tennery says they sure be open till 10 and they not which is wrong because you sure be able to get a drink way your holiday that’s the hole point of your holiday and the hotel definitely needs up grading badly because in your room the bathroom door doesn’t shut? proper and they are marks on the wall and the shower door doesn’t Close properly

You get what you pay for and this was value for the money paid

Always welcoming staff, great breakfast (especially the poached eggs) we keep returning as it is consistent and great value, never disapoints

All the hotel staff are really friendly and so helpful can't fault them

Everything was amazing definitely booking iris hotel again
