位於市中心，搭公車很方便到景點，住5天玩的很愉快。附近吃的東西很多，近中國城，下次還要來此旅遊。

Room was clean, staff were friendly. They allowed me to check-in early and gave me an upgrade. The location is right at the centre of all the action. Restaurants, bars, shops. There was a lot of city noise though. Vehicles, construction, drunk people late at night. Im used to sounds of a big city so I wasnt bothered but it might not be for everyone.

The location is perfect. The room could use some updating, chipping paint, broken missing tiles in.bathroom.

It was ok. The room was cold and could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom has no sink. There is a sink on the kitchenette but it’s a bit of a strange set up. The room could also do with a proper mirror the only one in there is a tiny circular mirror in the kitchenette that you have to lean in over the counter to use. The room we had is surrounded by very loud pubs that are open till late so it was very noisy if you are a light sleeper. On a plus side the room had 3 hair dryers, so had I have found myself with wet hair that needed drying in a hurry, I’d of been well equipped.

Fantastic location.

The room was a little cool so they brought me a heater and some blankets which really helped also unfortunately the cleaner didn’t get all the food/garbage that was under the stovetop area. Other than that, everything was fine.

Walkable to downtown Victoria.

Location amazing! A little worn around the edges and I wouldn’t like to drop anything on the carpet, but clean and comfy bed and good shower.

This was my third time staying here as it has become a desirable, not-so-distant escape for us living on the mainland. We were initially sold on the fireplace in the suites along with the antiquated-but for that time- posh European-style for each room. The price has always been remarkably reasonable considering you are ground zero for walking proximity to the harbour front and all of the shops and restaurants you could want. The place delivered once again. We will be coming back yet again.

We stayed here to just have a safe place to sleep so that we can adventure around town and enjoy the self-care touristy festivities, lights & beauty of DT Victoria. Price was very good too. Staff was friendly, our stay was very good, our room was clean, except we found a couple 2 short hair on our sheet (I'm super picky)... could be pet or person... otherwise our room was very clean. We will stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Every staff member was lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed (plus 2 shower heads, I've never seen that before anywhere)! I also really loved the lobby area where you can hang out and have tea from their complimentary tea station. Location was absolutely perfect, being right next door to Murchie's and Munro's Books felt like such a luxury. Overall my experience was honestly perfect, especially considering the very reasonable price point!

Very loud noisy bar across the street. Broken thermostat. Linited hot water. Broken elevator. Paid $10.00 for cancellation insurance and was denied by hotel a week in advance.

Courteous staff, wonderful location, comfy beds - excellent stay!!
