$30 a night to park in the hotel garage should be included with the room and not be an additional charge.

Room is clean, but there are some bugs in the bathroom. It would be nice if they can provide a kettle for hot water in the room.

This is my favourite hotel. Such a beautiful hotel in such a great little city! The staff here were amazing… everyone was very friendly and helpful in every way. The hotel restaurant (Aura) was also fantastic and the manager was so helpful and an absolute pleasure to interact with! I almost want to go back just to see the staff! I also love how clean and beautiful not only the rooms were… but, also the halls as well as the outdoor property! Beautiful gardens on the outside and lovely art exhibits on the inside. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Need to pay extra parking fee and at the morning the hotel have construction to distribute me

The staff was so welcoming and the location is right on the harbor making it easy to walk to the downtown attractions. It was a relief to not have to get back in the car after a long drive.

Everything seem pretty good

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and very relaxing. The food was delicious, and the desserts were especially amazing. The view was absolutely stunning. I wish I had more time to explore the hotel and all its amenities, but it was a little difficult with my children. The pool was perfect for my kids because it was small and easy to supervise them. I would love to come back and take more time to explore the entire property, as I didn’t have the opportunity to see everything during this visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

hotel was absolutely charming wonderful service and excellent lattes snacks and dinning. Conveniently located to the parliament and town.

We booked in a view room with a balcony, and it was fantastic. The room was huge! Coffee was great. Fridge was cold and the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent, overlooking the harbor where a lot of activity took place.

We had to pay for the parking and breakfast. We never pay at the Fairmont's free parking including breakfast. We will go with Fairmont next time.
