For an older hotel I booked ocean view which was partially blocked by a giant, which was completely out of their control. I wish when booking they would advise that there are two sides, laurel wing which faces the Empress and Erickson wing which faces the incoming wharf (would have preferred this). The bed was extremely comfy! The bathroom was a bit outdated, the tub/shower combo is quite aged and small, though extremely clean and well maintained. The staff, omg the staff, absolutely wonderful, helpful, polite and happy! This is the five star treatment everyone looks for. Restaurant and bakery amenities were wonderful, again with that same service from staff. I would definitely stay here again, I would just book the other wing for the view. Thank you!!

I was not happy my pickup could not fit in the parkade and had to park a block away in an open unsecured lot.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The view of the marina from our balcony was appreciated. Parking structure opposite the hotel is gated and secure, but we found out there is an additional parking fee charged to the guests for using it. There were no water bottles in our room! You can order some from room service at four times the cost or bring your own.

The room is very nice and clean.The front deck dtaff is very friendly nice.

Great location and views from room. Clean rooms with basic amenities. Room was spacious with an outdoor balcony but room walls very thin.

Everything was excellent. I only wish they had a hot tub ! Location is amazing!!!

Great location on the water. however if it’s important to you make sure you don’t get a ground floor room facing a bush.

Fantastic hotel just out of the city centre. Room had a stunning view over the harbour, was clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful with a few amenities we’d forgotten. Didn’t try the gym or pool as spent our time out and about but strongly recommended for visitors to Victoria.

This hotel is in an excellent location right on the harbor in Victoria. It is a beautiful property near many dining options. We enjoyed walking around the property and the areas nearby on the harbor. The kids really enjoyed the pool at this hotel, and the Aura restaurant onsite is very nice as well.
