It was great. Clean as always.

The primary reason for the two star rating, which I believe is generous, was excessive noise. On Friday, December 20, heavy bass from an event shook our room until approximately 11:30 PM. When we contacted the front desk simply to ask when the noise might end, staff were unsure and suggested they would close a door. It was unclear how this would meaningfully reduce the level of bass vibration, which continued to travel through the room. I am generally not sensitive to noise, but this experience was more consistent with a lower end hostel style accommodation located above a bar or nightclub, rather than the quieter, more comfortable stay we expected from this hotel. If an event of that nature is scheduled, guests who are not attending should not be placed directly above it. In addition to the noise issue, there was conflicting information provided by staff regarding parking. The Wednesday night staff misrepresented the parking situation and contradicted what we had been told earlier by afternoon staff. For clarity, the room itself was good. We really enjoyed the lobby, the coffee shop, and the morning staff, who were excellent. Unfortunately, the noise and inconsistent communication significantly impacted our stay. We are staying again tonight and sincerely hope the same noise issue does not occur.

Great people,great hotel BUT...the coffee machine was a Nespresso and the bane of our existence while we were there. You end up making coffee every two minutes as it only gives a small cup, room service barely leaves enough pods (4 pods is about 1 real cup of coffee) and.. it's not that good. If only for the Nespresso machine we won't be returning.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Check-in was smooth, the room was quiet and cozy, and the service throughout my stay was amazing. Highly recommended for both business and leisure.

Very clean and smooth experience

We were able to watch sea planes and the ferry come and go to the inner harbor right from our room. The pastry and coffees at Café Duo were amazing, as was the food at Aura Restaurant. We also appreciated the Nespresso coffee station inside our room, which they refilled for us daily. The kids were able to complete a treasure hunt and got gifts at the end.

Beautiful as always in our wing. Loving the Christmas vibe, large tub, beautiful views and great staff.
