Wonderful stay! We will for sure be back :)

As a businesswoman traveling alone, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and felt safe walking around the area. I couldn't get much work done because I was frequently distracted by the seaplanes, ferries and boat taxis going by.

They should include sugar substitute in the room without ordering it through room service or the front desk.

Amazing. After a long day of travel we were able to check in early. The bellman helped with luggage. The room was spacious had amazing amenities- like a Nespresso!! The staff was always ready to help and assist with anything. Their coffee shop opened at 6 which for early risers was very appreciated. Only downfall was a very tiny workout area!!!

Beautiful hotel - great location - beautiful views

This hotel is in a beautiful area and right in the heart of the harbour. Unfortunately our room was main floor and the AC/Heat pump was not functioning properly, so it made for a difficult night of sleep. However the staff and the restaurant was excellent

Great location, beautiful views of the water, walkable to Fisherman's Wharf and everything. Comfortable beds and really nice restaurant!

The property has a beautiful views from most of the rooms. We requested the water view and we paid for that. However our room was on the side of the building and you have to go on a balcony and lean forward to see the view, but that’s not for what we paid or what the description said when we booked. Room was fairly clean but definitely could be better. Bathrooms had hair all over bathtub and toilet didn’t flesh well. Stuff at the hotel is nice and friendly. Also, their restaurant had some great food.

My stay at the Inn was the epitome of luxury! I enjoyed every minute and wish it was more than just a quick stay. The staff are superb; the front desk was so helpful holding my bags until check-in while I explored the local scenery and had my bags in my room when I came back! The restaurant and coffee shoppe both offer great selections and the property itself is beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. My harbour-facing suite had a spacious terrace and every detail was thought of to make my stay comfortable. Special shoutout to Brad in the lobby for his assistance and sunny nature! Can’t wait to return to the Inn at Laurel Point!

I chose this hotel based on location in Victoria and by the water. Hotel was under construction and looks different from pictures saw on Expedia. I don’t believe the number of stars is representative of the hotel. For the $350 night stay I would expect more. I could have just stayed at a Hilton property and saved money.

The hotel is beautiful, and in a great location; the staff were all very friendly. We loved having a water view. We were VERY disappointed with housekeeping; they made the bed every day but left dirty glasses and did not refill the empty Kleenex box, even though we left it on the bed so it would be obvious. We had arranged for our luggage to be picked up by 10 AM on checkout day, as we had reservations for high tea to get to, but at 10:10, we had to call down. For the price we paid, I would have expected better. We were very underwhelmed.

It was a fun surprise to find we had a ping pong table near our room, out on a lovely patio area with amazing flowers and views!
