We were surprised at our king partial ocean view room. The view was wonderful and exceeded our expectations, and the room was large as well

Amazing experience

We stayed on the older side of the hotel so some of the finishes were a bit run down. But beds were very comfy, hotel was quiet, view was lovely. Excellent service. Easy self parking for small cars, $28/night

We had a great time

Food quality in the onsite restaurant was not worth the price. Staff were a-one and super friendly. Rooms excellent with comfortable beds.

We did not book to be placed initially in a smelly dog friendly room with dog bowls, a smelly dog mat, poo bags and dog biscuits and in a noisy corner of the hotel. Needless to say when I quickly complained we were eventually upgraded.

Easy walk to Fisherman's Wharf and inner harbor sights and restaurants. Laurel wing hallway carpets need replacing giving hotel a run down/old feel that doesnt refect well. Aura dining room had limited dinner dining options that didnt appeal to us so went elsewhere.

Incredible artistic setting on the water. Room with stunning harbour view. Staff fantastic. Maybe the best place I have ever stayed.

We absolutely loved staying here! We had an excellent view from the balcony in our room, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable too. Not too hard, not too soft. It was in the perfect location near the ferry, tour companies, restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay there again!

The room was beautiful. The young women at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. Restaurant gets five stars. Hannah and Liam were fantastic!we loved our two nights there. And the location is perfect!

Wonderful room and view

Loved our stay at Laurel Point! Nice rooms overlooking the harbor. Walkable to the Empress area of Victoria. Lots of options for restaurants. Ate at the Aura at the hotel and loved the food. Coffee shop was great as well. Would stay again.

The view from the room was great!

This hotel is so tranquil. Love the harbour views. The gardens are such a relaxing place. They even have a kitchen garden that grows herbs for the meals. Staff is super friendly. The restaurants are excellent. So walkable around the area and to downtown.

A lovely hotel, with its location to all the beautiful sites of Victoria harbour in walking distance.
