hotel too old

住宿期間浴室檯面及房間的落地燈都不亮。有帶小狗去但卻沒有任何小狗的服務，例如狗碗。

我們住4樓 酒店電梯要3樓轉換，都幾麻煩，大堂去電梯又要行一段路。 餐廳人手唔夠，要等好耐。。。

Perfect location in the heart of Québec City, with easy walking access to Old Québec and top attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great amenities! My family loved the pool and the ping-pong table. Great location, just outside the old city. Room smelled a bit musty and could have been cleaner.

The bed was old and uncomfortable. Needs to be changed!

Anyone with sensitivities to scents should avoid this hotel. Hallways and common areas smelled strongly of perfume. It must have been a cleaning product used, as it was everywhere except inside individual rooms.

La habitación olía muy mal, me parece que es un hotel que ya necesita una remodelación, fuera del detalle que comento la ubicación muy buena, el desayuno bien y la atención excelente

Rooms need an upgrade. Wobbly carpet, whole in the wall, toilet seat moves, sink doesn’t drain. Only 3 towels for 4 people. Staff in Bistro very friendly.

The hotel was good. It was in a good location to sight seeing. The washroom was a little dated and no counter space. The hotel scent was very strong not a bad smell just very perfume like. The outlets by the bed to charge phones didn’t work. The elevator from the parking garage to the lobby didn’t seem right. The floor from the elevator didn’t line up to the floor to the hotel and jolted quite a bit. The lobby is nice and the staff were very friendly.

I was expecting a bit better for a 4 star hotel but the staff were friendly, the location is great and the rooms were well sound proofed. The air conditioning was efficient but very very noisy.

Very noisy and you hear everything happening in other rooms and toilets flushing all the time. Overall was ok, but for the price it’s expensive.

The room and bathroom had an unpleasant smell, so I had to ask the staff to change my room. Even the room they provided had dirty towels left behind. I stayed there for two days, and no one came to provide room service. I had to call them myself to request clean towels. You can find better hotels for the same price, so I advise you to avoid this one.

I was greeted upon arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and affordable. The location was great and convenient. Thank you
