Bed and pillows uncomfortable, the hotel has had renovations but enhanced only certain parts. The door to our room had a 3 inch gap between floor and door.
It was not all bad, the hotel was clean, decent amenities just unfortunate situations sometimes.
We purchased a parking pass with our stay and the hotel insisted on not giving us the pass as our ticket was supposed to scan the free stay. Well, it did not. We had to pay twice to be turned around and manage the refund ourselves with the parking company etc. A mess.
We had a great visit in Quebec but will not be staying there again.

Perhaps a discounted rate would be appropriate during this time
2 elevators were not in use during our stay
Its a bit of an inconvenience when one elevator starts on the 3rd floor and only one elevator from the 1st to the 3rd floor
You must play a game of switching elevators to get to your room each time

We did not eat in the restaurant... the menu was limited and there are so many wonderful places to eat in Quebec.
Pool is small and the area around the pool was not cleaned.
