올드퀘벡까지 좀 걷는것만 괜찮다면 정말 좋은 숙소에요. 깨끗하고 좋은 아침식사가 있으며 방도 넓습니다.

Missed halal good options and/or sea food at breakfast. Allergic to egg and wheat.

Great option for nearby convention

Room was worn down and didn’t seem very clean.

Decent room, not the cleanest but ok. Very poor lighting, no fridge.

Feel safe. Television did work properly. They rebooted the television at night waking us up to a glaring white light check out. Check-in was very slow. The manager told us she would unplug the television set but never get it. I am a bonvoy member but they had no record of it.

Matelas à revoir dans les chambres. Personnel du petit dejeuner rien à redire. Pour le restaurant, plats dignes d'un snack tout simplement.

Great location walkable to many attractions. Rooms should have a safe in them. Rooms need better cleaning between guest found hair from pervious guest. Comfortable beds and pillows. Desk staff made a mistake and charged my card for the entire stay after i told her i had a reservation with Expedia. That was quickly resolved. You have to take one elevator to the 3rd floor to get on another elevator to go on to higher floors. Elevators are slow.

The hotel location was very good, 15-20 mins walk to Old Quebec but closer to the hotel there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, very nice. Hotel carpet looks very old though, that's what i disliked the most from the hotel

The rooms are worn out but clean. The bed is very comfortable. Room doors are very thin and you hear every other guest walking in the corridors and in front of the elevators. it is highly difficult to sleep without disturbance. Parking garage does not belong to the hotel, it’s a separate company and it is very very dirty. The garage floors are full of piss and the garage smells very ugly.

Pour la première fois de ma vie, ma réservation n'a pas été honoré. Pas de chambre pour nous à notre arrivé vers 21h30. Ils ont tenté de nous relocaliser dans un autre hôtel vraiment moins bien mais aucune confirmation du Travelodge après 45 minutes d'attente. On nous a demandé de nous rendre au Travelodge et de dire que le Delta nous envoyait. Arriver au Travelodge nous avions des doutes sur la qualité de l'hôtel. Nous avons donc repris la route pour 3h et nous sommes retournés chez nous. Très déçu pour l'anniversaire de mon épouse. Le personnel a été courtois et ils ont fait des efforts mais la déception demeure. J'avais même pris la peine d'appeler en après-midi pour être sûr que j'aurai une chambre.

Not sure why Marriott put its name on this hotel. On the good side, the gentleman who checked me in at 11pm last night was very nice and helpful. It went downhill from there. I wanted a room with a comfortable bed and an in room safe. The room I booked was not available, so he apparently moved me to a larger room after checking to see if one was ready. What I got is a very large room with a lumpy king size mattress which would only be appropriate in a tenderloin flophouse. It is definitely not the Marriott Matress I’m used to. The room has a huge floor area covered in a worn, dirty and stained carpet. The bathroom door squeaks loudly from all 3 hinges; the toilet seat is not properly attached to the toilet and the toilet paper holder is hanging at a sad angle. A large tile piece is missing in the bathroom. Debris that was on the 5th floor area leading to rooms at midnight last night is still on the floor at 10pm tonight. The 5th floor common area carpet is threadbare in places and obviously not clean. And of course, the advertised in room safe is not present in all rooms and not in mine. The $28 breakfast buffet is bare minimum and the meager amount of bacon was gone by 9:30. Breakfast supposedly runs until 10:30 At $300+ a night, I feel like Marriott has scrolled SUCKER in big letters on my forehead. I love my first visit to Quebec City but I recommend you avoid this hotel at all cost.
