シャワーの水圧が弱い お湯の出が悪い

色んなところをリノベーション中できになった。入り口から部屋までがかなり離れていて不便に感じた。フロントのスタッフはみなさん感じが良かった。

Our stay was terrible. We drove about 15 hours to Quebec for this family vacation and were looking forward to our stay at the Delta Hotel (which we reserved because it was listed as pet-friendly and we were bringing our small dog and cat with us). At check-in, the person checking us in was rude and not helpful. First, our cards were all declining, prompting us to call our bank. We were told by the bank that they were not blocking any transactions and that we should be good to go. When we explained this to the lady at check-in, she just looked at us and said it was "NOT THEIR MACHINE BECAUSE SHE HAD BEEN CHECKING PEOPLE ALL DAY" (caps to reflect tone). We asked her kindly to try a different machine, as we were at a loss, having used our cards all day without trouble. She tried something else, and guess what? It worked! :-/ No apologies, but at least it worked. After checking us in, she noted that animals cannot be left alone in the room at any point. That threw a curveball at us, since the weather in Quebec was pretty cold, and we were carrying our dog and cat all over town while exploring. As we walked to our room, we noticed the hotel was FILTHY. Not only were the lobby and elevators disgustingly filthy, but our room was disgusting. We've never experienced anything like it. My family and I ended up leaving the hotel after ONE night and booking somewhere else. If I could give this place a -10 rating, I would.

It’s an older building with some recent renovations. The elevators are a major inconvenience: they’re small, and with only two serving such a large building, long wait times are common, especially in the morning during check out time.

Hôtel un peu désuet. Les chambres sont propres, mais assez vieillottes, avec du tapis. Odeur de parfum très intense dans les corridors, ce qui peut être incommodant. L’établissement aurait clairement besoin de rénovations. De plus, l’option stationnement inclus n’a pas été reconnue facilement lors du check-in : il a fallu insister et discuter avec le personnel à la réception pour la faire valoir.

Very kind staff. Quiet room. Definitely a ‘city’ type hotel, and a great location.

Mi experiencia en el Delta by Marriott en Quebec fue una gran decepción. El estado del hotel es tan deficiente que honestamente no debería estar operando así. Las habitaciones que nos ofrecieron estaban a medio remodelar, sucias y en pésimas condiciones. Nos cambiaron varias veces y cada nueva habitación parecía peor que la anterior, con un nivel de limpieza que te hace sentir que mínimo sales de ahí enfermo. Este hotel necesita cerrar temporalmente y dedicarle el tiempo que haga falta a una remodelación completa y a fondo, porque en las condiciones actuales simplemente no está a la altura. No lo recomendaría en absoluto.

Upgraded room was great. Staff were friendly. Location was great. Overall, an easy going stay - just what a traveller needs.

Room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The pool area needs a better layout for belongings, getting dried off and a washroom. Breakfast buffet was OK. No variety day to day, and food was not very warm. Staff could barely keep the pantry stocked with snacks and drinks — seems the entire hotel had access to the pantry and there often wasn’t much selection. People were making and eating breakfast in the pantry, making it very congested.

My stay was great the staff was very friendly , especially Alan in the front desk he was extremely kind and helped us with recommendations where yo eat or visit. The hotel has an excellent location, if you pay a very convenience fee you have access to a daily coffee lounge with delicious pastries and coffee, that will male you save money especially for breakfast. The hotel need an update that is why I didn’t give 5 stars.

la chambre était impeccable et une personne très aimable. Nous avons eu un petit souci à l’arrivée puisqu’on nous a bloqué sur notre carte la caution pour la semaine mais onnnoud a vite rassuré et seulement les prix des chambres sera débité. L’emplacement est idéal en plein centre ville . Nous reviendrions
