The room we stayed is very spacious and comes with a couch. However, air conditioning was not working properly during the last night of my stay, shower drain was clogged and very weak internet. Can be better for its price.

Convenience location close to metro station, within walking distances to most of the tourist spots, shopping and entertainment, near many of supermarkets and restaurants.

The location is close to everything like cruise terminal public transport and just a around ten minutes walk to la tambla only some of the hotel staff are not so accommodating

Me hospedé en Hotel Best Auto Hogar y debo decir que el hotel tiene buena ubicación y el recepcionista que me atendió fue amable, por lo que en ese aspecto la experiencia fue positiva. Sin embargo, tuve un problema importante con la gestión de mi reserva. Mi vuelo fue cambiado por la aerolínea y traté de comunicarme con el hotel a través de la plataforma de Expedia, pero nunca recibí respuesta por ese medio. Tuve que enviar varios correos electrónicos a distintos correos que encontré en Internet hasta que finalmente obtuve una respuesta. Por supuesto no me reembolsaron, considero injusto que me hayan cobrado el impuesto de ocupación por todas las noches, a pesar de que no ocupé el hotel durante todo el periodo reservado. Los impuestos de ocupación deberían aplicarse únicamente a las noches efectivamente utilizadas. En general, el hotel tiene aspectos positivos, pero la falta de respuesta a través de Expedia y la gestión de estos cargos hicieron que la experiencia con la reserva fuera decepcionante. Espero que el hotel pueda mejorar la comunicación con los huéspedes y revisar este tipo de situaciones en el futuro.

Okay just for rest as it's an old hotel with limited accessories. However, location is excellent and closed to subway.

El hotel en general está bastante bien. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la calefacción, nunca funcionó, pero en general todo bien.

Tout très bien , à part du bruit la nuit dans la rue avec la sortie de discothèque !

Otelin girişi ile otel arasında otopark vardı. Çok zorlama koşullarla otele çevrilmiş bir alan.

Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert und uns wurde vor Ort auch nicht weitergeholfen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass es nur eine zentrale Klimaanlage für das gesamte Hotel gäbe und man diese nicht individuell für jedes Zimmer einstellen könne. Allerdings war es merkwürdigerweise möglich, die Klimaanlage auf Heizen zu stellen – jedoch nicht auf Kühlen. Das gleiche Problem hatten wir in der Dusche: Während des Duschens wechselte die Wassertemperatur ständig zwischen kalt und sehr heiß. Zudem war das Zimmer insgesamt nicht besonders sauber, insbesondere die Dusche ließ stark zu wünschen übrig.

Hi hotel is excellent Speedy check in Was situated in hotel 2 No problem there Went to room was stifflingly hot. Air con blowing warm Asked at reception about it that room was very hot Anything that could be done with aircon. Got a reply it's the setting for building will turn it off for everyone. Not sure if it was sarcasm. Said will sleep with windows open Which I did but was still uncomfortable. Beds comfy nice size shower Hotel spotless Breakfast was amazing lots of choice If room temp could of been regulated would of given 5 stars As its a brilliant hotel. You book a room to sleep if you struggle to do this due to it being hot. Would stay there again as its ideal location But wouldn't due to being unable to get a descent sleep

Molto carino e in una posizione strategica metropolitana a due passi , a pochi minuti dalla rambla, idem dal porto. Lo consiglio vivamente

We will definitely book again and will also spread news to our friends, family and community to use your facility when they travel to Barcelona.

Staff were friendly. Room was always spotless after cleaning and breakfast selection was decent. Will consider this hotel again when I return to Barcelona.
