The room we stayed is very spacious and comes with a couch. However, air conditioning was not working properly during the last night of my stay, shower drain was clogged and very weak internet. Can be better for its price.

Quiero expresar mi profunda insatisfacción y frustración con respecto a mi estancia el jueves 4 de junio al domingo 7 de junio, 550€ por tres noches. Quiero destacar que el personal de recepción fue muy amable y resolutivo en el trato. Sin embargo, la gestión de las instalaciones y el estado de las habitaciones convirtieron mi estancia en una experiencia terrible. De las tres noches contratadas, solo pude descansar adecuadamente una. Primera noche me resultó completamente imposible dormir debido a un ruido mecánico continuo que se activaba cada media hora. Segunda noche, Tras solicitar el cambio, regresé al hotel a la 1:00 de la mañana para descansar y me encontré con una habitación en condiciones deplorables. En primer lugar, no funcionaba la luz. Además, el espacio del baño era tan minúsculo que apenas me cabían las piernas al sentarme en el inodoro. Para colmo, la ducha estaba en un estado terrible y había piezas sueltas en el mobiliario. Debido a este caos y a tener que gestionar la situación de madrugada, no pude acostarme hasta las 2:00 de la mañana, durmiendo poquísimo. Tras haber transcurrido 10 días desde que me puse en contacto por primera vez tanto con la dirección de este hotel como con la central del grupo hotelero, sigo sin haber recibido respuesta ni solución por su parte. Esta total falta de atención al cliente no hace más que agravar mi indignación. Ha sido una experiencia terrible y cara, desde luego, un establecimiento que no recomiendo a nadie.

O ralo do box drenava muito devagar e o piso ficava alagado

Stayed one night for the next day cruise. Perfect location for the purpose. Suggestion to cruisers: walk to the port or else you are going miss your cruise because of the terrible traffic unless you give yourself plenty of time ahead.

Meget lytt ut mot trafikkert gate, hørtes ut så vindu sto åpent, men var lukket.

O quarto é um pouco antigo, mas a cama é confortável, os travesseiros também, e a ducha é muito boa. O hotel é silencioso, e tem boa localização. O ar condicionado à noite não é dos mais potentes, e em dias muito quentes pode ser que faça um pouco de calor.

Staff members were pleasant and very helpful, air conditioning was broken they assisted in moving our room which was a relief from the heat after a 15 hour plane flight. Stayed at hotel for 3 nights prior to our cruise departure. Hotel is well located to main attraction sites in Barcelona, with plenty of resturants close to hotel.

部屋の掃除が雑で、バスルームや空調がずさん。1泊5万円近く払った割にあわない。2度目はない。

別館のようなところに案内されたが、まるでラブホのような狭く暗い廊下を通って入室。バストイレはあまり清潔感がなく(汚くはない)、エアコンが壊れていて大変だった。唯一良いところと言えば，朝食はとても良かった。 市内なので食事などは非常に便利だったが、この値段では再利用は考えられない。

Accueil très agréable, personnel très qualifié. Fuite d'eau dans la chambre, mais chambre propre. Hôtel réservé par la plateforme Expédia. Impossible de changer les dates de réservations 5 mn après la réservation, ni de se faire rembourser. Séjour perdu. Ne pas passer par expédia.

All okay but not great. Good location. Breakfast not included

Staff were excellent. Have stayed at this hotel before and some of the reasons for staying here is the location and the breakfast to start the day. The breakfast this time was disappointing, the bacon was well undercooked and was covered in fat the eggs also covered in fat, the toaster took ages to toast bread. Fruit and pastry selection was good.

They put us in the second part of the hotel, which I assume is a lot worse than the main part.

Terrible rooms for single travellers Worst experience ever in Barcelona

I spent 2 nights end of May with 2 other family members. Pros: next to metro line so very convenient to visit the city. Multiple restaurants and convenience store close by. One staff lady (name started with San) was very nice and helpful. The rest of staff I would rate very poor performance. Cons: 1- on a busy street so very noisy. Bars, casino, show room. 2- seemed close to cruise port but a 15 min drive took in reality one hour bcos of traffic (hotel to port). 3- my biggest peeve was non-functioning AC. In a heat wave, it was unbearable. I complained right after I arrived and they told me it was on its way to get fixed. I tolerates the first night. The next day, it still wasnt fixed. The front desk man said they couldn't do anything about it and no compensation was offered, just refund. Then I spoke to the very nice lady who tried to help in her way. She offered a standing fan and switch room to larger suite. It was hot but at least it had a balcony where I could leave the door open for the night. 4- the corners of showers had black mold. If it wasn't for the nice lady, I would have given this hotel a zero rating. However, there are some good staff who made up for the bad experience.

Não me hospedaria novamente e não recomendo. Estava calor e o ar condicionado não funcionou. A torneira da pia do banheiro saía pouquíssima água. O chuveiro não mantinha temperatura constante, ora fria ou ora muito quente.

Staff not friendly

Très bon emplacement, bouche de métro au pied de l'hôtel. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre qui ne donnait pas côté rue, donc au calme, et avec une jolie vue sur la sublime Sagrada familia. Le personnel était disponible et aimable. Seul bémol mais c'est un détail, le frigo qui était tellement givré, qu'on ne pouvait pas y stocker grand chose. Nous recommandons👍👍👍
