Front desk staff is friendly, clean room and comfortable beds. The guest room can be updated to match the foyer's modern appeal. The air condition is working but noisy. We have it on all day to keep the room cool. Breakfast has sufficient varieties. The breakfast staff is quick at replenish food and clear tables. A small table decor/greenery should brighten the area. Hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Easy 10-15 minutes walk to coastline and Timeout Market, Al Rambla was also close by. On our 2nd day there, we told the front desk that the bath shower alternates hot and cold water, that is DANGEROUS someone can get burned! We were in room1502 and hope it gets fixed after our 3-night stay.

Nice hotel with a comfortable room and great location. Staff were helpful, attentive, and some even spoke Portuguese, which made communication much easier. Unfortunately, the internet was terrible and didn’t reach our room at all. Our room was in an annex behind the parking area, where the Wi-Fi signal simply didn’t work.

The room was clean but lighting in room was very poor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Towels were worn and not soft. On one occasion we got back to our room around 4:00pm and it wasn’t done. Shortly after arrive the cleaning staff showed up and when I told her that we would be a few minutes she seemed upset. We had intended to rest for awhile before going back out but had to leave the room for an hour before getting to rest and change to go for dinner. All and all I would not stay at this hotel again.

The condition of the towels in the rooms are disgustingly awful. In all of my years of traveling I have never seen anything worse. They had holes in them and torn. I feel that for them not to know this, is embarrassing to management and for the room attendant to think that is ok to leave those for the guests to use shows lack of respect

Terrible experience. The AC was not working, and there was no fan. Even after taking a shower, it was so hot that we kept sweating and could not sleep well at night. The room was also noisy,. Very uncomfortable stay—definitely would not recommend this hotel.”unless fixed

Our room was in the older part of the motel and the a/c didn’t work. We ended changing rooms thankfully, but ended up in the handicap accessible room which was a little weird but better than no a/c. The room was decent but the shower water constantly varied in temperature with use. Not the worst, not the best experience. Very convenient and accessible to the city.
