Hotel Best Auto Hogar

I was on a hallway near the elevator and staircase; I could hear people bang their doors as they came in and out. Plus, in a single-occupancy room, it didn’t have any window or vent to air out the room, I felt claustrophobic. The front of the hotel has a lot of garbage left out in the morning from the people who passed by and had eaten at the front area. But I like the free breakfast served daily. Most of all, I like its location and accessibility to all metro lines. Also, there are nearby stores, laundry place to accommodate visitors’ needs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Barcelona.

Its location is very convenient by subway but the quality of the room is just average cause the toilet is leaking inside and the shower head is leaking at the connection with the

1st noise come in certain time of water . The breakfast haven't fresh salad and fruits. And for spa have to pay extra. I don't like the washroom at all. Simple It was expansive

The hotel room was very clean The staff was not very friendly When we got to the hotel early they allowed us to put our luggage in store so we did but we found out after that a school group also put their luggage in after us trapping our luggage in the back of the room The staff just stood there and never helped once to move the other luggage out of the way ( there was about thirty kids and more chaperones luggage in the way) so we were struggling to move all the luggage to finally get to ours and the staff stood there annoyed a manager type guy came and helped us get our last Then we asked if they could call us a taxi and the older guy at the from desk just looked at us and said no we don’t call taxis for guests So we had to try and wave down a taxi ourselves when we did people just push in front of us and took our taxi it was a terrible start to our days in Barcelona What made me upset is the day we left there I asked the front staff if they could call a taxi for us to go to the airport and she was very nice and said yes of course we call taxis all the time That made me more annoyed with the older man who said they don’t call taxis The hotel is across the street from a venue that hosts events at night Thursday night the party lasted until five in the morning and police sirens were going all night and into the wee morning hours The location is great for doing activities Breakfast was good but there i. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel

Det eneste reelt positive ved hotellet er beliggenheden, som er central og gør det nemt at komme rundt i Barcelona. Værelserne var rene, men levede slet ikke op til billederne på hotellets bookingside. De fremstod små, slidte og gammeldags. Airconditionen fungerede meget dårligt og kunne ikke køle rummet ordentligt ned, og sengene var meget hårde, hvilket gik ud over søvnkvaliteten. Hotellet beskriver selv værelserne som lydisolerede, men det stemmer på ingen måde overens med virkeligheden. Flere nætter i træk (tirsdag til søndag) blev vi vækket af støj fra andre gæster – døre der blev smækket og samtaler, som kunne høres tydeligt gennem væggene. Man kan nærmest høre alt fra de andre værelser. Vi havde tilkøbt morgenmad, men efter første morgen valgte vi ikke at bruge det igen. Udvalget var meget begrænset, og det varme mad (æg, pølser og bacon) var koldt og uappetitligt. Samlet set minder oplevelsen mere om et hostel end et hotel, og det lever bestemt ikke op til en 3-stjernet standard. Jeg vil kun anbefale det, hvis beliggenheden er det eneste, man prioriterer.

We have stayed at the Auto Hogar on many occasions and while the quality of the rooms is maintained, we were disappointed with the quality of breakfast on offer. There is clearly a reduction on what was available to other visits

The location is close to everything like cruise terminal public transport and just a around ten minutes walk to la tambla only some of the hotel staff are not so accommodating

Me hospedé en Hotel Best Auto Hogar y debo decir que el hotel tiene buena ubicación y el recepcionista que me atendió fue amable, por lo que en ese aspecto la experiencia fue positiva. Sin embargo, tuve un problema importante con la gestión de mi reserva. Mi vuelo fue cambiado por la aerolínea y traté de comunicarme con el hotel a través de la plataforma de Expedia, pero nunca recibí respuesta por ese medio. Tuve que enviar varios correos electrónicos a distintos correos que encontré en Internet hasta que finalmente obtuve una respuesta. Por supuesto no me reembolsaron, considero injusto que me hayan cobrado el impuesto de ocupación por todas las noches, a pesar de que no ocupé el hotel durante todo el periodo reservado. Los impuestos de ocupación deberían aplicarse únicamente a las noches efectivamente utilizadas. En general, el hotel tiene aspectos positivos, pero la falta de respuesta a través de Expedia y la gestión de estos cargos hicieron que la experiencia con la reserva fuera decepcionante. Espero que el hotel pueda mejorar la comunicación con los huéspedes y revisar este tipo de situaciones en el futuro.
