We actually had two rooms - unexpectedly but wonderfully. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate the restaurant off the lobby and the food was wonderful - we couldn’t finish our plates!

The staff were lovely, our room was super clean and spacious. Very convenient location as well.

Air conditioning is terrible. Only brings room down a few degrees from outside temperature. Elevator is so small you can’t put two people in with luggage. States 400kg but 200 kg combined weight with my wife set the alarm off so we had to ride it one person at a time. Website said pool. It’s a hot tub that cost 10 euros a day to use

Ottima posizione. Camere non insonorizzate a sufficienza, in quanto dal sesto piano si sentivano le auto transitare. Per il resto personale cortese, pulizia abbastanza buona.

Une odeur d'égout dans la chambre .La climatisation n'est fonctionnelle que quand la carte de chambre est dans le lecteur . Donc quand vous arrivez le soir il faut 2 a 3 heures avant d'avoir une température acceptable

Hotellet var nedslitt, resepsjonsområdet var fint og fresh, men selve hotell rommet var veldig slitent og modent for en oppussing. Dusjen fungerte dårlig, toalettet brukte en halvtime på å fylles seg opp, og servanten var tett. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og servicen deres var veldig bra

クルーズの後泊に利用だったのでロケーションは便利で良かったです。ブロック内に地下鉄の駅があり、観光の利便性は良かったですが、地域はあまり良くはありませんので、注意は必要です。ホテルへの到着が午前10時頃だったのですが、20ユーロを支払いすぐにチェックインすることができました。フロントの対応は良かったです。部屋は、スペースも有り、清潔でした。シャワーは良かったのですが、洗面所の水の出が悪く不便でした。クーラーの効きは問題なかったです。

The room was clean, the balcony was a lot of fun to sit on and watch people, hear the sounds, and feel the breeze. The only problem I had was the air conditioning was not that good.

Is 1 min from Metro station and 5 min from port and centre ville.

Air-conditioning didn't work, therefore room was hot and noisy from the street below. The staff was apologetic and did provide a fantastic which helped.

No electricity until 12am and staff were very unhelpful and refused to offer a refund if we moved hotels because we booked through Expedia. Electricity returned but the A/C was very poor and not sufficient to make the room comfortable- many other guests were also complaining about the quality of the A/C

The hotel was well located near the metro and many places to eat. The room was a good size with a fridge, coffee making facilities and good air conditioning. Parking was tight, but there were plenty of spaces. I was not warned that the Tour de France would stop me getting to the parking for 4 hours. The first day we had breakfast it was charged to my card in £ (they didn't ask or tell me), so 2 breakfasts cost me over 26€ instead of 24€. When I realised that I had forgotten a cable for my computer, the receptionist tried to find one to lend me (couldn't because it was an old type), so suggested a shop where I might get one. I got a cable - disaster averted. On the day we left, the bigger lift had stopped working. The smaller one was labelled as suitable for 5 people, but if 3 slim people got in an alarm sounded. We had to make 3 trips (1 person +an item of luggage) to get down from floor 7. Check in and departure were efficient. So some good and some bad experiences.

Bed was so uncomfortable I had to buy a camping mattress.

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist definitiv die Lage. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und ein größerer Supermarkt. Zudem viele kleine Kiosk, mit dem nötigsten was man so braucht. Die Metrohaltestelle Paral lel befindet sich ca eine Minute Fußweg entfernt in der gleichen Straße. Das Personal war sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites. Von drei Nächten hat in zwei die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, wenn sie denn funktioniert hat, war sie schon sehr praktisch und im Sommer definitiv notwendig. Fenster waren nicht abgedichtet, man könnte durch einen Schlitz am Fenster vorbei nach draußen schauen, wodurch dementsprechend die Lautstärke und Wärme nicht draußen blieben. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank war vorhanden, leider hatte dieser innen Schimmelflecken. Das Bad war okay, alles soweit nutzbar. Über Zustand und Sauberkeit lässt sich streiten. Leider wurde bei der Reinigung des Zimmers zwar der Müll entfernt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht, doch wurde der Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt und gesaugt oder gefegt wurde ebenfalls nicht. Generell war die Sauberkeit okay, bei der Suche nach etwas Heruntergefallenem fiel der Blick unter das Bett wo ganz deutlich über längeren Zeitraum nicht sauber gemacht wurde. Vom Nachbarzimmer welches direkt am Kopfende des Bettes lag, spürten wir immer wieder ein Gerumpel.

Bien, super bien placé on a tout fait à pied. Hôtel très convenable, les chambres était propre.

Gym is obviously very small, only elliptical, bike, and couple of machines no free weight dumb bells or treadmill. Breakfast was pretty good although could have more variety, sometimes eggs were a bit gelled, not many options for meat or cheese. The only other thing was that when the air conditioning was used it made the whole room smell like sulfur, I don't know if this is just because the A/C unit is not used a lot or it was a mechanical issue. We would come back to the room after being out all day (not using the air) and it would still have a smell in the room after returning.

Not what I expected for the price. Also the environment around the hotel not so good at night time.

I’m happy with the hotel. Even though the hotel was located right by a metro I felt the neighborhood it was located in was rough.
