离costco和superstore Walmart 一元店等超市非常近，购物方便。旁边的餐馆也非常多，院子里就有中餐馆，吃饭方便。wifi的速度很好。大陆早餐也不错。就是床垫有点软。

There is lots of parking. This staff are very helpful. Room was clean and the air conditioning was good. The TV did not have YouTube or Netflix. The staff couldn’t figure it out but they tried. The restaurant is not in service yet.

Clogged toilet upon arrival, shower did not have hot water, in room phone did not work even to contact the front desk…

Over all is great. The only thing and it's very important their towel that I used it has hairs. They have to wash their towels properly and sanitize. Not only towels even linens. Their pool still under renovation. And the name of the hotel is different. We got lost. I think they have to put a note into their "hotel description."

Enjoyed our stay, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms have recently been updated and everything was clean and bright, they were in the midst of renovation still so the pool wasn’t available but they reached out ahead of time to let us know so we appreciated that. Would definitely stay here again

- The a/c unit was very noisy and had no manual override to run slower or shut it off. - There were no nightstands on the outer side of the twin beds, just between them. - There were no towel racks anywhere. - The bar fridge was unnecessarily behind a cupboard door, and the two doors opened from opposite sides. - There was a side unit drawer that did not close all the way. - The 110v and usb receptacle on the top of the side unit was not properly installed. - We would have liked a second chair. - There was no noise from outside. But a gap under the hall door meant noise from the hallway intruded. - Starting in mid-evening, we could hear mild thumping coming from the unit above us. We regarded it as no big deal, but the noise gradually got worse until about 11:00 when it reached the point our ceiling made a crack noise. This passed our tolerance level, so I informed the front desk, who said they would follow up. The noise subsided but did not entirely end until about midnight. I assume this building is a frame construction, not concrete. The use of hard flooring instead of carpet probably contributes to the problem. On the plus side: - staff were very friendly and helpful. - the room was tidy and clean. - checkin/checkout were quick and easy. - the bed was extremely comfortable. - nice to have a microwave oven.

It was rip off for the price we paid. The place was being renovated, the bathroom was dirty and there were kids running up and down the hallway all morning (more of a parent issue but still). When you pay over $500 a stay, you expect top notch quality.
