This property is not yet open. The pool, fitness room, buffet breakfast do not exist as advertised….still under construction. One staff member was helpful, others were not. I left behind some belongings in the room and was difficult to call this property because it is not yet up and running. Staff couldn’t find my items and didn’t return my calls. One staff member did try to help me and Rooms were clean.

Arrived at hotel and saw it was double tree . It was all fenced by renovation fence. No entrance to the hotel. When called on the phone number ,message was, NoT in service .. because of renovations. What a time waste .

The hotel and the hotel room were clean, and also under renovation at the time of our stay. But did not add any inconvenience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was great and near restaurants making the stay comfortable. Overall, thank you for a comfortable stay and will do so in the future.

This hotel location is excellent, it close to all kind of shops and restaurants, easy to park. The hotel just started operating after a major indoor renovation, very clean but since it was new some stiff like ice machine were not functioning yet but you could ask reception and they will accommodate you, overall we had a good experience and we would try it on the next trip for sure.

Staff didnt helped at all …
Refrigerator was not working . Our food got spoiled.
Pool , gym , guest laundry , breakfast was never provided… when i booked this hotel everything was on the posting and when i questioned the staff and asked him why they were telling it on expedia about anemities and upon checking we got to knew it was under renovation and he said he will call the boss and boss was out of town and literally didn’t do anything about it …..
Such a fake and terrible service

No hot.water people partying till 218 am to4 am no sleep. No pool available not noted on website but shows pictures of it. No use of phone to call front desk to tell them about party without leavubg my grandson. Worst stay ever

The room wasn’t cleaned before check in - previous guest dirty laundry was everywhere and bathroom was not cleaned. Nothing was provided in the room (bathroom toiletries, water, etc.) and was paid add on. None of this was communicated before booking. The payment was also denied online, and was asked for in person upon arrival. The amenities were out of order, but we were informed before booking and we were ok with that - but light Breakfast was part of the booking, while the hotel refused to serve it upon arrival (they said it is not available). Poor experience.

The website didn’t share that the hotel was currently being renovated. The pool the gym were closed there was no TV if you wanted to watch anything you had to watch it on your phone or laptop. There were wires hanging from ceiling in my room as it appeared they were going to be adding lights ???
For the amount of $$ I paid this was ridiculous.
