Bien trato, habitaciónes limpias

Habitación limpia, si llegas temprano y ya está lista la habitación te la entregan, confortable, buena atención.

El lugar muy tranquilo! Por estar cerca del malecón y en altura, claro que llega un poco el bullicio de la fiesta, pero en lo personal nada molesto. La vista siempre hermosa. La cama un poquito dura, pero pues eso hay a quienes les gusta asi hay quienes prefieren mas acolchado.

The hotel is nested in the hillside, so you have to go up the street and climb stairs from the beach. But the view of the whole bay from the room balcony is worth the effort. You can cool off in the swimming pool before going up to the El Panorama restaurant on the top floor. There you can not only enjoy the amazing panoramic 360 view of the sunset but also great service and food at reasonable prices. By the way, hotel guests get a 25% discount at the restaurant, but anyone is welcome for dinner.

Great view and easy to go to downtown

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca de la playa, ojo ahí no te puedes bañar, para eso hay que caminar unos 10 min más. Está en una colina que hay que subir y bajar diario las veces que sea necesario para moverte. Una persona con dificultades le costaría. Pero si llevas carro está genial. Personal amable y servicial.

Looks old from the outside but clean with large room with amazing view. I would go back.

Salí por la noche a cenar, al regresar al hotel el recepcionista no estaba y tarde más de una hora en entrar a mi habitación tuve que llamar a la policía para que pudieran llamar a alguien que me diera las llaves de mi habitación.

Huge room. Great location. Charming Mexican style from the 70’s. View is spectacular. The restaurant was excellent for dinner….had Caesar salad prepared at our table and dinners flamed right in front of us. Kind of retro stylish charm. Definitely dated, but in a good way. Not for you if you want modern, sleek, everything up to date accommodation. But good to feel like you are living in a bit of Mexican history.

Beautiful people run this place. Unbelievable view. Best in PV. Older building with iffy wifi and nothing fancy....and the view is EVERYTHING!!!!! Excellent restaurant up top of the building. A bit noisy at night because of its colse proximity to the malacon action. Fireworks every night from the pirate ship. I would stay here every time I come to PV.

Hotel.com overcharge by 5300 pesos. Roof top terrace not open, only 1 pool, cold water, single sofa beds , no bedding, is only worth what hotel fee was, ? . 338 us was charge for 3 nights, 5800 peso approx , why I pay 11000 peso

Found that the hotel was tired looking, light bulbs missing, not enough glasses etc for 4 people in the apartment. Kitchen poorly appointed and if customers are required to wash the dishes, perhaps dish soap!! be neccessary
