Seldom do I ever give a 5 star review but this property deserves it

Great breakfast spot

Rooms were terrible. Not well maintained. The pool was great however it was also deteriorating. Showers should be available to all bathers before entering the pool. We found out later that one shower was available in the restroom.

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff was super helpful and easy with check in and out. Had lots of fun at the pool and waterside!

The room felt old, carpet was musty.

The best hotel for me in Canada

The rooms are dated and in disrepair. Our AC broke so they brought us a fan. The bathroom door would not close , carpets are frayed and torn and room smells musty. This is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $316 a night !!! The only good thing to report is the restaurant: good food and priced well

Old dirty rooms, water slide only for older children. Not clean

Only issue was getting woke up at 6:30am for a false fire alarm, no clear instructions

Our room was not ready when we checked in at 5:30pm. I booked one of the newer rooms and ended up not getting that.

The only issues was the air conditioner kept coming on every 3 minutes during the night, and the coffee maker only made us 1 coffee and the rest was no coffee and cold water.

We had a great day at the Best Western Lamplighter! The pool was fantastic and a huge hit with the kids. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing to note is the on-site restaurant there isn’t included. Other than that, we had a great stay and would stay here again in the future!

Loved the stay, great for families with kids.

It’s a great place to stay with the family. We choose the atrium view with a balcony. Swimming facility is great and they have at least 2 life guards on duty. They also have an arcade room which is quite nice. There’s a restaurant- Shelly’s connected to the hotel that serves nice meals. Portions are huge so worth the price. The hotel is also centrally located, so all the places we visited were within 15mins of the hotel. Great place - I recommended

Fire alarm went off and woke my 2 year old grandson up and he was scared and could not fall asleep
