Ideal location for the onsite conference. Quiet room away from the pool/waterslide and conference rooms. Handy onsite restaurant for breakfast, etc.

Really nice

Rooms were clean, beds were good. Staff was very helpful. Especially 2 of your staff were done work but took the time to help us find our room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a fantastic impression. They were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Check-in was quick and efficient, and throughout my stay, every team member I encountered was friendly and eager to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including reliable Wi-Fi, a functional workspace, and a clean, modern bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room to a high standard each day. One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel’s amenities. The indoor atrium and pool area created a relaxing, almost resort-like atmosphere, somethin you don’t often find in a city hotel. It’s a wonderful feature whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The on-site dining options were also impressive. Meals were fresh and delicious, with a good variety to suit different tastes. The service in the restaurant was just as attentive as at the front desk, making every dining enjoyable. My stay at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and standout amenities makes it a place I would highly recommend!

Did not know that property was under renovations. Bathroom sink located outside of bathroom. Carpeting was old and worn. Portable AC unit hooked up to widows d not properly sealed off and bugs were getting in the room. Beds are on small side. Not enough outlets by beds.

The hallway leading to the room was very cold but my room was very hot (in late May). The thermostat didn’t seem to do anything other than turn a fan on. The staff were kind and helpful but there was little signage on the pool deck and my sister fell carrying her baby, and they got hurt. No one even offered to do an incident report. There were young children in a hot tub beside a sign saying no bathers under 12 years so despite having rules they weren’t enforced. Other than that it was a nice stay. Had a recently renovated room so aesthetically it was nice despite the temperature not being regulated.

We had a walkout room which was fantastic! The room was a bit small but we didn't spend time in it other than sleeping. I do wish they had more selection for tea in the room but there are coffee shops close by. The beds were comfortable, the water temperature was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The main feature was the pool and my kids loved it. Too bad the slide was closed Monday to Thursday and we stayed there Monday to Wednesday, so we didn't get a chance to use it. Other than that, the stay was excellent

Good place

This is the second time that I stayed in the hotel. The swimming pool is always full and the chairs are full even in the evening. People put towel early morning and keep chairs bust all day. Hotel should put sign to share chair with others and give 2 chairs per family. The jet spha was too small. And children running and screaming in the hallway . I’m not happy with the hotel.

Loved almost everything. Beautiful room. Clean well maintained. Great lay out and the most comfortable bed ever. Pool area amazing. The only complaint I have is our room smelled horrible when we arrived. We were too tired to complain. It seemed to be coming from tub so we ran shower, bath and sink for a while and smell got a bit better. Would still recommend this hotel fully. Room service breakfast was amazing as well. Certainly worth the $ to stay here.
