Check in was very easy and the front staff were so friendly. I called ahead and they said to come anytime after two and would give us our bands for the pool and if our room was ready they would also check us in. Room was ready and we were in the pool before 230.
Room very clean and spacious and with our king suite we also had two large tv to watch the Olympus. Overall very pleased

Check in was seamless. The King Suite was large and spotless. The pool area was well maintained, the slide was closed. While this is an older hotel, it was very well maintained. You couldn’t turn a corner in the common areas without seeing someone polishing door handles, cleaning the bathrooms and the glass overlooking the pool. Great stay.

Wait in line for 20 plus minutes to get the room.
Room had leaving toilet on floor and smell bad.
After waiting in line again for a second room got the room with the bad and cheap renovations.
The shower was full of long hairs.
The jacuzzi tub was old and wen i went to use it there was gross stuff floating around.
And that's why i don't like hotels.

The room was nice - the hotel was a bit dated, but comfortable and clean.
The only reason I am giving it a 2 is because I had three separate "incidentals" charges to my credit card - even though I did not have any incidental charges.

We had requested over the phone when booking 4 months in advance to be roomed near a friend that we were visiting the hotel with and were disappointed to find that we were placed in separate wings despite receiving verbal confirmation of this.

Check in was inconvenient and the cleanliness of the rooms was questionable as there was dust and hair beside the marked up tub in the bathroom. My kiddo had fun in the pool, the arcade, and watching the fish in the pond, but be ware that even in the top of the line room, you are paying for perks and not luxury. Parking was convenient and felt safe.
