是次第三次去 Edmonton，故欲選一間從未去入住及價錢合理的酒店。我們一家極之讚賞這酒店，房間整潔及衛生，床舖新淨又大，裝修仍保持新淨，一家住得好舒服，睡得很好。在此讚賞前台員工友善，態度親切！讚賞！推介此酒店！

Clean rooms, accommodating staff and amenities.

Clean room neat pool and hot tub area!

The location is great, just 3 blocks away from West Edmonton Mall. The hotel has an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and a large gym, which we really enjoyed. The receptionist was very friendly. There is also a Denny’s next door where we went for breakfast, which was very convenient. If you’d like, I can also make it shorter, more detailed, or more formal.

Easy check in, comfortable room and bed. Good restaurants to eat at

I have stayed at Sandman Hotels all over western Canada and although they can be a bit hit and miss, this was a big miss. Firstly I was in the tower not connected to the lobby building, and the directions to get there were ridiculously inadequate. Secondly the room just wasn't that clean. The bed was fine, shower and rest of the bathroom looked like it had been wiped down with a damp cloth. The rest of the room felt like it needed a deep clean as well. Disappointing for sure. Chop restaurant was good, but that was the only upside.

The room we booked was smaller than we expected and it was super noisy as we had a balcony overlooking the pool. Kids running and yelling in the hallways. The hotel is a MAZE!!!! We got turned around everytime we left and came back.

The office desk was directly in front of the TV, so if someone is sitting at the desk they were blocking the view for others. Also vehicle plug ins were not marked snd hard to find.

Clean room

No hot tub. I was told it was going to be working by 5. The only reason i booked the hotel was to sit in the hot tub.

Staff was great, worst sleep ive had in a hotel. Poor beds and terrible pillows. I always stay at sandmand signature and its its worlds apart from this.

Staff are great and rooms are clean

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The room had a sliding door that led to the pool area. Only negative was that there wasn’t really anywhere to hang wet bathing suits, so they dripped on the carpet all night. Pool area was also kinda noisy, which led to the room being noisy. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Room was big, you get what you pay for.

The only thing I didn't like with our stay is that housekeeping staff kept knocking our door on the day of Check out even before the check out time which is supposed to be 11am. I find it no reason for them to knock or check since it's already check out day. It would be much more appreciated if they can respect the rest of the guests' remaining stay.
