是次第三次去 Edmonton，故欲選一間從未去入住及價錢合理的酒店。我們一家極之讚賞這酒店，房間整潔及衛生，床舖新淨又大，裝修仍保持新淨，一家住得好舒服，睡得很好。在此讚賞前台員工友善，態度親切！讚賞！推介此酒店！

Will always be the best hotel west side of Edmonton way better price than Fantasyland Hotel they over price for a simple room

we always stay in the tower. nice view. close to many restaurants and within walking distance- CHOPS, Dennys, McDonalds, Seafood city, Valerios, Red Lobster. also close to Superstore, costco, shopping centre. easy access to the highway.

Rooms clean and comfortable, friendly staff and convenient amenities

We stayed in a room beside the pool and the room was not very pleasant due to the moisture levels. I would hate to see what it looks like under the carpets. The design of the fridge/coffee bar/bathroom was very cramped and small. The beds were sagging and uncomfortable. It was a very basic room that just seemed dated and worn down. So much rust on the bathroom finishings etc. It just wasnt a room we wanted to spend any time in. The pool set up was good and the staff were friendly. Would only recommend as a last resort.

Room was clean , staff was friendly and helpful, could definitely update their beds, they were uncomfortable

Bed was poor

Denny restaurant available 7/24. Good food, reasonably priced. Fast foid available within walking distance. Abundance if shopping within a short drive. Staff very helpful, professional and accommodating. Room is comfortable and secure.

The location is awesome, lobby and conference areas are very nice and clean. Staff was great. Unfortunately my room had some gross things like sauces on the wall and garbage stuck to the outside of recycle bin etc. The worst part though was my room location. It was on a corner and the window was into someone else's balcony and the pool area. Literally if i opened my window i could have climbed into their balcony. They were out on it talking until midnight and i could hear every word. This was not clear when I was booking and I would stay at the hotel again but definitely not in one of those rooms.

No issues with the stay, way staff deals interms of customer service is very poor.
