是次第三次去 Edmonton，故欲選一間從未去入住及價錢合理的酒店。我們一家極之讚賞這酒店，房間整潔及衛生，床舖新淨又大，裝修仍保持新淨，一家住得好舒服，睡得很好。在此讚賞前台員工友善，態度親切！讚賞！推介此酒店！

Clean hotel - nice staff , Denny’s and chop was convenient. Pool area was nice I didn’t use it Beacuse it was very busy but and the hot tub is closed but overall I’d stay again . The upkeep and cleanliness alone was nice

Great place to stay and great location

Because I stayed for 8 days, the lady asked if I wanted to have the room cleaned every second day which I agreed to so there was no need to put the maid service sign up as it was documented for this. They didn’t come to clean so on the 4 th day, I requested clean towels, etc and toilet paper until they can clean my room at 1:00. They brought them but forgot the toilet paper. When we got back to the room, it wasn’t cleaned. The next morning, we were out of toilet paper. I called the front desk and they eventually brought us some. Again they didn’t clean our room. It was not done for the entire 8 days. I’ve always had excellent service at this hotel in the past and that is the reason I always stay at the tower in this location

Pool was good room was clean close to amenities and also relatively close to West ed

Great location. Close to all basic food and shopping requirements. Clean place and large size rooms. Only issue is outdated aircon which is not cold enough during hot days.

Very clean and spacious. I stayed in a Tower room suite. Everything you need for a short or longer stay. It was nice to have a balcony to enjoy some nice evening air. Great for business travellers as well. Conveniently located desk with usb ports and power easily accessible for your laptop. Very comfortable bed. 2 restaurants on site, Denny’s and Chop Steak house which is delicious. Room service available only from Denny’s even though website gives you an option to view their room service menu for Chop. They will do takeout however. You can’t hear any outside noise when the windows are closed. I do keep the fan on for sleeping.

Room was clean and comfortable. The pillows are amazing, and I get why they sell them. They were able to accommodate my dog very easily.

Great location to get to west Edmonton mall.

The room was professionally cleaned. I like the ambiance and it was very cool place to have stay

Hot tub was not working, the address is easy to mis read as there is no breakfast offered. But at Dennys. Bed is soft but lumpy and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with socks. Not a restful sleep. Prior to that kids screaming in the pool.

There is one lady at the front desk that is wonderful and extremely helpful. All the other staff are great and the tower with balconies is the best. I only go here for when i need to stay in edmonton

Service as usual is excellent!! Just keep an eye for the amenities that is needed to maintain. Toilet bowl flush is not working well.

For the price it would have been nice to get some sort of discount on breakfast. The rooms are fine but smell a musty. The place wasn’t bad- good if you’re just there to sleep.
