The staff were great but the room we were in had a plumbing issue the sink and shower slow draining.

I don’t know about the bar but the laundry services were not the greatest. They should get the stock up washer and dryer. They would be so ideal for guest who stay long periods of time. The washer and dryer they have now takes thee longest time to dry like three hours.

Woke up constantly to drunks trying to get into the tower. Plus side was that the door wasn’t even closing properly.

Requested a room clean. Wasn’t done the first night. I had to take a pillow case to the front desk as we found it had mold stains on it that very obviously housekeeping tried to wash out as the case was wet! The carpet was filthy around the room edges I noticed when I dropped my charger and was afraid to look under the bed. The pull out couch we found chips under the cushion. The bathroom had damages and the door was dirty. Had to wipe it down. For a suite it was disappointing. Staff was friendly and sent up a new pillowcase-clean towels when we requested. I don’t think I would stay here again. For a suite it was disappointing to say the least.

This is based on the findings that we had prior to the front end manager making things right. For being a suite, there was a lot of issues. There were stains on the bathroom door and I was disgusted every time I went in and left the bathroom. My boyfriend pulled on the handle of the bedroom door and it completely came off which is a fire hazard. The door stopper behind the bedroom door was broken and there were stains on the cover of the bed. I was also looking forward to having a washer/dryer in the room especially with a messy toddler, but they should advised people that it takes 3 hours for clothes to dry. It’s a washer/dryer combo in one so there is no heating vent. But it sounded like it was pouring water every 15 mins so I thought I didn’t have it on the right setting. I had to bring my wet clothes to my in-laws to dry on Christmas morning. They should also communicate that they don’t supply laundry detergent but can pay $4 for a small box for one load in their vending machine. I did let the front desk know about all the issues and she did give us a discount and try to make things right. My review is based off of what sort of things they could fixed in order to make the price worth the stay for a suite for people. They need to take the time to make paint touch-ups for stains and actually do some updates to the hotel to make it worth the price to stay. I’m not sure if I will stay there again, unfortunately.

Was good until the truck on fire. Was woken up at 6 am and had fire fighters come into the room. Room smelled liked burned plastic and was given a “sorry”. Didn’t feel that was compensation enough for a fire outside the window.

Tooms were very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing
