Very clean.

Pros: In the afternoon you can hear the waves + Friendly guests +nice breeze *afternoon only +good breakfast +great sliding doors and water pressure ✔ + water refilling station Cons: - You cannot open the patio doors in the morning to enjoy the smell of the ocean or sound of the waves because all you get is the smell of the overpowering kitchen. - Wi-Fi is not great for digital work or videos - For the price my expectation is they would have streaming services but they do not They only have really Spotty signal TV.

Basic room, beach is sketchy, malecon is ok - beds are hard pool is nice, overall ok

Surprisingly nice stay at a traditional Mexican style hotel had nice rooms, free breakfast and a great location at the top of the Malecon. They don't deliver water daily but have self service large water bottles to download from. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel right on the ocean. Clean outdoor pool. Ambiance is very Latin. Restaurant quite large and food was well prepared.

The hotel was built in 1948 and is one of a handful of Mexican owned hotels left in PV. It was lovely and truly authentic. Everything's I needed was within walking distance- the perfect location!

Un séjour très agréable à l'Hôtel Rosita ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la réactivité de l'équipe : suite à des travaux bruyants dans la rue, ils ont immédiatement accepté de nous changer de chambre pour nous installer au calme. Un grand merci pour leur professionnalisme et leur sens du service. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Staff was courteous but the room we got initially was terrible. There were no shelves or dressers to put clothes in and the shower did not work. They moved us to a nicer room for an upcharge. The whole thing seemed like something they do to people so they will ask for a more expensive room

The Good: Staff, Location, Pool The Bad: Shower was cold, beds were uncomfortable and there was MAJOR road construction right outside our balcony. A good value for a short stay (2-3 nights) but we chose to leave because the beds were uncomfortable and we couldn't relax with all the construction.

Great location, nice big room, even though it overlooked the roof of the dining room and lobby there was still a view of the water and sunset. Expected a continental breakfast and it was a "warm" (not very hot) buffet. Way better booking on line than walking in directly.

Free breakfast every day was great it included french toast, juice, eggs etc more than I expected. The pool was great plenty of chairs by pool. Great view of the ocean from the pool. The staff was awesome as well

I highly recommend this hotel 100%. It's very clean, the room service is excellent, the room is spacious and comfortable, the beds are good, as is the air conditioning, and the shower is comfortable with hot water. It included a delicious and generous breakfast. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, the hotel is safe and in a great location, and the view of the boulevard is fantastic. My only suggestion is that the hotel add a refrigerator; it's needed.
