Excellent location, great staff, beautifully maintained hotel. This place is charming and close to everything. Would stay again.

We have a large suite with a fridge, it was clean and spacious. It was on the first floor, pool and ocean view. Note : your view is a bit obscured through the security fence. Check in was smooth and quick , We were given our room hours earlier than check in time , which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful, included scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruits etc.
There is ALOT of construction noise right now. Ubers and taxis can’t drop at the hotel , it’s approximately a short block away for drop off.

Taxi I pay didn't pickup to the aiport.i order for 10.30am I they say they come ay 9.45.staff now and nobody calls me and they left.i would like to have refund.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. However, if your looking for a coffee in the morning to take back to your room before going down for your complimentary breakfast, bring mucho pesos as you’ll have to pay close to $10 Canadian for two. You are not allowed to charge to your room. Our second morning we just went across the street to McDonalds for coffee. Other than that, all else was fine.

Room was not ready at check in time and we had to wait and hr and 45 min for it to be cleaned. Accommodations were basic and clean. Staff was ok, not super friendly or accommodating. Our kid tried the pool while we were waiting for our room but didn’t really like it because it needed to be cleaned and was full of people. Location was great ! At the north end of the malecón.

This is a classy historic Mexican hotel in the heart of PV. I love the old feel, the vibes, and the location which was central to everything. The staff were amazing, and most helpful to your needs. Being central to so much there are some noise issues which is part of being in vibrant and beautiful Mexico.
