房间进去一股异味，地毯不知道多少年了， 非常脏。卫生条件不好。二间卧室小到只能放一张床一个柜子，箱子也放不了。

A great stay, I really like the fully equipped kitchen, the hotel is a bit old but very clean, 4 stars

It is a transquil accommodation. The place is not far away from the downtown, thus convenient. The staff is helpful and polite. I particularly like the kitchen facility.

房間寬濶，我們入住的所分為上下兩層，上層為寐室加淋浴房，下層設有廚房，餐枱，梳化及厕所。訂房是資料顯示有每日執房服務，實際是不會提供，雖然說有需要可要求，但感覺有點貨不對辦。餐枱不穩固，煲水壺有很多垢積，房間入住時有味但還可接受；最嚴重是水有味道及有不明來歷的漂浮物。 還有是他們安排的房間是2樓，要上樓梯及自行枱行李，對於銀髮一族而言是一大挑戰。 整體而言，物非所值。

Clean location and friendly staff.

These are old dated units. You can hear every footstep up above and I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper.

We have stayed at this resort many times we have a dog we love the location the amenities are great and I would recommend it for all Travellers

There was a complete lack of cleanliness during my stay. Both the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub were extremely dirty—I could clearly see dead insects floating in the water. After using the pool, I even developed severe rashes, which was very concerning. Additionally, the EV charging stations in the parking area were not functioning at all. As I was traveling with a fully electric car, I was unable to charge it, causing significant inconvenience throughout my stay. A hair dryer is a basic amenity that should be available in every resort room, yet there was none provided, which was disappointing. Additionally, in the men’s changing room by the pool, the shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty, and there was no staff available to restock or assist.

Staff don’t know there own timings and then the argue with customers that our night staff (senior staff) cant be wrong at all.

Great pet friendly property with easy access to walking trails, rooms are a little tired even the wolf level, great amenities

Fantastic room. Excellent, helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in total 4 nights and honestly it was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in, and I travel a lot. Special thanks to Crystal for going above and beyond. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Loved our stay here, clean room, comfortable. As it is not in town it was nice and quiet with wildlife roaming around. We would definitely stay here again.
