班福洛基山渡假酒店

房间进去一股异味，地毯不知道多少年了， 非常脏。卫生条件不好。二间卧室小到只能放一张床一个柜子，箱子也放不了。

A great stay, I really like the fully equipped kitchen, the hotel is a bit old but very clean, 4 stars

It is a transquil accommodation. The place is not far away from the downtown, thus convenient. The staff is helpful and polite. I particularly like the kitchen facility.

房間寬濶，我們入住的所分為上下兩層，上層為寐室加淋浴房，下層設有廚房，餐枱，梳化及厕所。訂房是資料顯示有每日執房服務，實際是不會提供，雖然說有需要可要求，但感覺有點貨不對辦。餐枱不穩固，煲水壺有很多垢積，房間入住時有味但還可接受；最嚴重是水有味道及有不明來歷的漂浮物。 還有是他們安排的房間是2樓，要上樓梯及自行枱行李，對於銀髮一族而言是一大挑戰。 整體而言，物非所值。

Clean rooms, nice and thoughtful staff. Enjoyable. Pool and hot tubs were nice and accommodating

Very old property, when you walking in floor, it’s screaming. Very poor cleanness. Pool water needs to be cleaned.

La suite con 2 habitaciones muy amplia, limpia y cómoda, La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, nos encantó. Sin duda volveremos!

Room was very clean! Staff are friendly!

Decent space. Definitely worn around the edges. Staff was very friendly. On edge of town, but free shuttle to Lake Louise Ski area was great.

The room was nice and cozy, my family and i had a blast in the pool and hot tub. We would recommend fhis place to our friends and family.

Great value for price

We had a wonderful stay at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort! The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The resort has a great atmosphere and is a perfect place to unwind after exploring Banff and the surrounding mountains. Everything was clean, quiet, and very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend Banff Rocky Mountain Resort to anyone visiting the Banff area and looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Beautiful location and great amenities!

The resort is aging so there are minor things like wallpaper peeling and blinds not opening properly. One bigger complaint is we had multiple thermostats (and a tile floor heater) in the suite that were all different controls and no instructions how to use them. Having 2 wood fireplaces in the suite but still having to order and pay extra for wood seemed like a 'make money' extra cost. There should be some included or convert them to electric. There should also be better lighting in the parking lots and walkways, after dark it is addressed incredibly hard to see the uneven sidewalks and ice. As a side, there should be some upgrades to the pillows.

Clean rooms

Rooms were not clean. Rooms were falling apart and very outdated. The pool was nice. The outdoor hot tub was lovely but would not stay agaih.

The hotel is showing its age, especially the pool area. It was the most economical choice we had for the 2 nights we were statying, but you get what you pat for. The pool area was mostly functional but the pool floor was very rough, the outdoor hot tub had missing lights avove it and lots of missing stucco and the jest didn't work, rhe indoor hot tub was ok though. The shuttle to town doesn't run very often and was very busy so plan accordingly. We drove and parked the 2nd night we went to town. Our condo was a 2 bedroom, not one of the updated ones. It fit out family of 6 but the pull out couch was pretty bad, even by pull out couch standards. It has 2 bathrooms with showers which is nice but both toilets ran constantly. We didn't have any coffee filters for the machine and were missing some blankets but the staff brought some right out. The staff seemed good but the property is a dated and doesn't seemed to be well maintained thus the low rating.
