We had a wonderful stay at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort! The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The resort has a great atmosphere and is a perfect place to unwind after exploring Banff and the surrounding mountains. Everything was clean, quiet, and very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. The room was very dated and in serious need of updating. Unfortunately, the towels had an unpleasant smell, as though they had been left sitting in the wash too long. The pull-out sofa slanted downward toward the head, making it uncomfortable, and the TV service was intermittent, frequently going to static or lagging, which made it frustrating to watch. I travel to Banff for work several times a year and have stayed in many accommodations there; this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had
