房间进去一股异味，地毯不知道多少年了， 非常脏。卫生条件不好。二间卧室小到只能放一张床一个柜子，箱子也放不了。

A great stay, I really like the fully equipped kitchen, the hotel is a bit old but very clean, 4 stars

It is a transquil accommodation. The place is not far away from the downtown, thus convenient. The staff is helpful and polite. I particularly like the kitchen facility.

房間寬濶，我們入住的所分為上下兩層，上層為寐室加淋浴房，下層設有廚房，餐枱，梳化及厕所。訂房是資料顯示有每日執房服務，實際是不會提供，雖然說有需要可要求，但感覺有點貨不對辦。餐枱不穩固，煲水壺有很多垢積，房間入住時有味但還可接受；最嚴重是水有味道及有不明來歷的漂浮物。 還有是他們安排的房間是2樓，要上樓梯及自行枱行李，對於銀髮一族而言是一大挑戰。 整體而言，物非所值。

Its pretty old could use some renovating. Tile floor was quite cracked. Window latches were broken and didnt provide much security as it was on the lower ground floor. Toilet was constantly running. Nice being a bit out of town so you don't hear the traffic but we also had drunk guys outside making alot of noise till late.

Clean and well maintained room, easy check in and out, good mountain views. Highly recommended

the front desk were not very helpful, they told me 3 times my room would be ready in 30 minutes or so. The room was great, only issue was the pull out bed sheets were dirty with green stains. The housekeeping staff are amazing and so friendly. The two servers in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing, and we kept going back just to see them. Even our kids loved them, they made them also feel important which was great! (amy & myla). The shuttle driver was also wonderful! (sorry didn't get his name ) we stay every year, and love it overall, and will be back again :)

Very pleasant stay over 9 nights in Banff Rocky Mountain! The staff were very helpful and always friendly. The location was great, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. Would happily stay again.

Please be very very careful which room you book. The first room they put me in was absolutely gross and unkept. It looked like the room was not cleaned for a very long time. There was an awful smell like mold. Please be careful. They eventually moved me. I had a diamond ring go missing with the move. I left it on the kitchen sink as I took it off to wash my hands in the old room. The ring was valuable. The staff were not helpful and did not return my calls. I asked to go look in the old room and they said no. They said they would have an answer for me at check out (11 am) today however when I went to check out they said they have not followed up yet. They promised me they would call me today and I am still yet to receive a call on where my ring went. I can only assume a staff took the ring as they were the only ones that had access. The room was not booked after me. I will never stay here again and I would truly caution people on staying here. I have enclosed photos of the first room they put me in. To mention as soon as my daughter went into the room she had an allergic reaction and started getting hives.

Accès facile à l'entrée de Banff. Service de navette pour centre ville. Bon rapport qualité prix.

We did not eat at the resort. Room was equipped with basic kitchen supplies, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cook top.

Room wasn’t as advertised but still enjoyed nonetheless

Lovely and quiet two story suite. I am not a picky person but the rooms could use a cleaning. There was chip crumbs on the sofa when we came in haha. The whole entire suite could use a good scrub down…. Otherwise beautiful location and comfy bed.

No restaurant for lunch.

Everything went so well, Would highly recommend to others.
